First stop in Ottawa ..The service was kind of wild. We had no waitress for over ten minutes and a family that sat down after us got waited on immediately. Eventually the manager came over to try to take our order instead. While she was trying to taking our order she was distracted with other employees. Wasn't very professional and said she wasn't sure how to take orders. A waitress finally took over. Food was okay. I would try a different breakfast place next visit.

Went here for breakfast. Everything was very good. They have a large menu with a lot of choices. Food was cooked to perfection. A great dining experience. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area looking for a good breakfast

A group of 12 of my friends including me went to lunch here and we were not too happy. Being a bigger table I can understand the longer wait for food, but when the first 3 dishes came out it took 20-30 minutes for our waitress to even get to the last of the food we ordered. We also all got waters and not once had them refilled until we had asked in the process of our food being brought out. When the waitress brought the pitcher of water over she filled the persons cup next to me and dumped most of the water on me. She did not even say sorry or give me any napkins to clean myself up.
My final complaint after all of this was that she automatically added a 25% tip for herself on all of our bills. I am a server and I understand that not everything is to blame on the server especially with food being cooked but the not refilling drinks, spilling water, and forgetting half of our food items is not okay and not deserving of a 25% tip.
Huge omelet fresh fruit pancakes great place for breakfast. On street parking handicap accessible no steps. Friendly staff I be back to try lunch.

Service was horrible my friends an I went on Labor Day. Took forever to get our food. They messed up everyone’s order and 2 out of 3 tickets were messed up a never were corrected. The staff kept complaining about management and told THEIR CUSTOMERS they were going to leave. I get things happen but it was very unprofessional

Normally, the food doesn't take long to get to you once you've ordered, but on Sundays the after church crowd might make it slower. I really enjoyed the omelets there! It's definitely a great place to get breakfast.
