The salad bar isn’t an option (even though I didn’t want it); its price is included with all entrees (except burgers). I ordered baked penne with a red sauce. It was filled with onions & green peppers. Since I don’t like either, I returned it & the waiter said I had to pay for it because it was “listed” on the menu (under “marina” sauce). To cap the evening, the waiter spilled a glass of ice water onto my lap & purse. Fries were tasty; cocktails were delicious!

Went with a group for a holiday dinner. Prime rib, Cod, fried pork chops, fillet tips w/ pasta, and salad bar was all good. A bit pricey, but close in price to most otherupscale restaurants. Nice and helpful staff.👍 I would go again if in that area again.

Great Sunday brunch all you can eat buffet! Eggs Benedict, scramp eggs, sausage patty, sausage links, potato brian, roast pork roast, roast turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, sausage gravy chicken gravy, bisquets, salad, pasta, beets, huge dessert table! Food is fantastic and the staff is friendly! Would come back again in heartbeat!

Stopped in for late lunch ( they open at 4:00) after hiking Starved Rock. I had meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy and it was delicious.My wife had fried chicken and she enjoyed it too.Beautiful farm setting and peacocks roaming the grounds!

Service was very attentive and polite. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed. The food alone is far past the casual dining standard. I make my own marinara sauce from scratch, and I can tell you just by flavor alone this restaurant does too, the best pasta sauce I’ve over had in a restaurant! The salad bar is excellently decorated and diverse in choices. Side note, Do yourself a favor and save room for dessert, because the selection is perfectly sweet and satisfying without being too rich.
