Our 2nd vist here and the place does not disappoint. I had baked penne in alfredo sauce and Dale had their Mussels on angel hair pasta. Fantastic meal. Great service. I think this is my very favorite place to eat. If you are in or near Ottawa, Illinois stop in you won't be dissappointed.
Passing through and stopped to have lunch. Our was Sunday, so they had a brunch buffet, which was delicious. There were so many yummy desserts to choose from as well. Everyone was very kind.
A trip to the salad bar was part of my meal. The variety was good, but the seasoning was off. The meal portions were huge. The flavor was OK. The steak medallions I ordered were more than medium. It was really busy. So I'm guessing it was just an off night for our table.
