They should be ashamed of themselves I had never been but decided to go on my lunch break, waited in the drive thru for 8 minutes, had to go inside to grab my food, they acted very confused. I didn't have enough time to eat on my break because of them. I'm eating my ice cold sandwich now, and it's the wrong order 😑 🙃

Folks were friendly. Food was ok. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit had a fresh egg but the biscuit was hard in places. My breakfast Frisco sandwich was roasted perfectly on one side and tasted like buttered bread on the other.

I haven't had a Hardee's in years and we're in the area temporarily and I thought we would be able to give it a try but I guess not. I pulled up to the menu board and I waited for several minutes and said hello several times I finally pulled around and I see that these workers have their headsets on but still decided to ignore me anyways. And yes they were open still. I don't have a Hardee's near me so it's not like anything you guys can help me I just would like to warn other people. Do not come here.

I just moved to Ottawa and wanted to try out Hardee’s as I ate there as a child. The service was horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food then was told I needed to be charged extra for sauce when I ordered it at the window. I was not informed of it. They just decided they weren’t gonna give it to me. When I went inside. The lady was very rude and disrespectful to me, I would never eat at Hardee’s. The food was called the lady who took my order messed the order up. I had to wait for 30 minutes and then they couldn’t give me a $.50 sauce to make up for it. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Decided to give something new a try and boy did I wish I hadn't. Only one other person in the drive thru and the lady handed me food and I sat in the drive thru for 10 seconds to put my change away and the lady came back to the window to say "please pull forward you're running my drive thru time" there's no one else here???? I'm sorry I wasted your time stopping at your establishment. Brought the food back to my boyfriend and he said it was gross. I agreed and we threw it away. Sorry we wasted both of our time on this today 🤷♀️
The staff is friendly. Breakfast burritos are okay for fast food.

The General Manager Jackie that was visiting helping out. When I say she was doing her thing!! I mean wow By herself took care of driver through and customers place was clean and had a great attitude and personality. Not one time did she get frustrated food was cooked to order hot annd fresh and wasn’t even a long wait. Thank you Jackie we need more people in the world like you!!!
