The food was better than to be expected for the price. The overall atmosphere did not make up for the affordable prices. Where I was was too bright,and too crowded . My party was served one drink refills were never offered despite the server being asked. I eventually had to go to the bar to get my own refills.

Love they have a salad bar with plenty of choices. The only problem we had was the menu prices are not the real prices. You will know the price when you get your check.

Stopped in with friends to grab food and some drinks. Asked if a specific football game can be put on a TV literally no one was watching and was told no without an explanation by the owner while he turned away from us to take shots with his friends. I always assumed a successful business took requests from PAYING CUSTOMERS rather than taking shots with friends like a douchebag.

They have the NFL ticket. That is enough reason to go on Sunday. Very friendly and cool staff. Dude was on point in getting my game on. Big thanks. Second shift bartender was supercooI. If you are in town and need an out of town NFL game. This is the spot in Ottawa

One star is being too kind for this establishment. My wife just got home from lunch at JJ's, she ordered a salad that typically comes with chicken and cheese, but she is vegan so asked the waitress to please leave the cheese and chicken off the salad. She also ordered an ice tea. After the waitress spilled a Coke on my wife, she got the bill and it was more than her two lunch mates' bill was, and they got the chicken and cheese plus drinks. JJ's DID NOTHING to correct this situation! Knowing this, you decide if below average food is worth going to this dump! We will never be back.
