Has gone way down hill. The food isn't worth the price increase. Bread is so doughy you can't even chew it. Just been trying it again and again and same same. If you want high school drama go inside the place you won't be disappointed.

I have been traveling a lot lately, the Ottawa JIMMY JOHNS blows all others around the country away! The day and later shifts are always greeting customers in a friendly manner. I have not had a bad run in at the Ottawa store in my many years of living here. Well done Ottawa Jimmy John’s!!!! Wonderful job!

Waited 30 mins for my sub called them and they said we are about to close and asked if I wanted to cancel never got a refund to my card.

Bread was hard as a rock, took 15 minutes in drive though,I was the only customer at the time. Kid just handed me bag and shut window 😆

So as always the staff was very friendly and very helpful as this is my faviote sub place I got here often I went today and got a number 9 and noticed they had a new sandwich that had smoked cheddar on it I asked the lady if I could substitute the provolone for the cheddar the lady said this wasn't possible I didn't wanna argue but two me that is crazy if u have a product such as cheese why can u not simply add it to another sandwich if this is true I think you guys are falling a lil short on taking care of the customer thier should be no reason this isn't something that's possible do better jimmy johns make sure ur customers are taken care of

I've literally been eating Jimmy johns since they first came to town. Over the past couple of months your sandwiches have seriously downgraded. Why are you guys skimping on the meat? I get the struggle but it's not even worth the money anymore. I thought maybe it was just a fluke but everytime now it's the same, 3 slices of meat that's it?!

Whoever was making the subs last night, 11/11/2024, let me just say…you deserve an award. I had the best Jimmy John of my life last night, and I eat A LOT of Jimmy John’s. It was so beautifully built it could have been photographed for marketing. And THANK YOU for that extra mayo. I always select it but rarely get it. MmmMM! Such satisfaction. It’s the next morning when I’m writing this review and that masterfully made sub is still on my mind. Yesterday was a stressful day, and, as silly as it may seem, that sandwich made it better. Thank you!
