So as always the staff was very friendly and very helpful as this is my faviote sub place I got here often I went today and got a number 9 and noticed they had a new sandwich that had smoked cheddar on it I asked the lady if I could substitute the provolone for the cheddar the lady said this wasn't possible I didn't wanna argue but two me that is crazy if u have a product such as cheese why can u not simply add it to another sandwich if this is true I think you guys are falling a lil short on taking care of the customer thier should be no reason this isn't something that's possible do better jimmy johns make sure ur customers are taken care of

I've literally been eating Jimmy johns since they first came to town. Over the past couple of months your sandwiches have seriously downgraded. Why are you guys skimping on the meat? I get the struggle but it's not even worth the money anymore. I thought maybe it was just a fluke but everytime now it's the same, 3 slices of meat that's it?!

Whoever was making the subs last night, 11/11/2024, let me just say…you deserve an award. I had the best Jimmy John of my life last night, and I eat A LOT of Jimmy John’s. It was so beautifully built it could have been photographed for marketing. And THANK YOU for that extra mayo. I always select it but rarely get it. MmmMM! Such satisfaction. It’s the next morning when I’m writing this review and that masterfully made sub is still on my mind. Yesterday was a stressful day, and, as silly as it may seem, that sandwich made it better. Thank you!

They always forget to add a topping to my extra topping on one or the other sandwich every time I go there in person only in person when I order. It's always the bacon and they changed 1.90 extra for the bacon for both sandwiches and just skip out on one. What a way to make a extra almost two bucks. Pathetic ? don't go to the drive through order it.

I was going to drive home from work back to Joliet and kill myself, but I drove by this Jimmy John’s. Jimmy John’s is always closed whenever I try to eat at one; the last time I think the location in McHenry had just been robbed unfortunately, so they called it a day. The lady on the drive through microphone had a soothing voice like the trauma nurse who helped me stay calm during my MRI and CT scan when I fractured multiple vertebrae in my neck and told me I wasn’t going to be permanently paralyzed, and she asked if I would like my sandwich cut in half. I do like my sandwich cut in half, but I forgot to ask because I’m mentally overwhelmed right now, and honestly I would not have ate at all if I ordered the sandwich and then forgot to ask for it cut in half because I genuinely would’ve felt so stupid and upset at myself that I wouldn’t have been able to wait until I got home to peacefully try to end it. I was helped quickly by a brunette of intimidating beauty with arm tattoos, and another team member brought my sandwich almost immediately afterward to keep the drive through line moving. Everyone smiled even though it’s Saturday and it’s probably busy, and everything about my order was correct. Thank you Jimmy John’s employees of this location, I’m going to try and eat my potato salad and sandwich, drink my Dr Pepper, and not end my life today.

I don't like the rewards program but I like everything else.
They literally only put 3 little pieces of turkey on a 8inch sub. The sandwich was only bread, barely any lettuce or cheese. I brought up the issue and got told I would have to pay extra for more turkey and that they only put 3 slices of turkey on every sub, asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back. Then all proceeded to gossip about the situation instead of helping with a simple request. Mikayla was rude and the customer service with every single worker was terrible.
