I've literally been eating Jimmy johns since they first came to town. Over the past couple of months your sandwiches have seriously downgraded. Why are you guys skimping on the meat? I get the struggle but it's not even worth the money anymore. I thought maybe it was just a fluke but everytime now it's the same, 3 slices of meat that's it?!

Whoever was making the subs last night, 11/11/2024, let me just say…you deserve an award. I had the best Jimmy John of my life last night, and I eat A LOT of Jimmy John’s. It was so beautifully built it could have been photographed for marketing. And THANK YOU for that extra mayo. I always select it but rarely get it. MmmMM! Such satisfaction. I was going to drive home from work back to Joliet and kill myself, but I drove by this Jimmy John’s. Jimmy John’s is always closed whenever I try to eat at one; the last time I think the location in McHenry had just been robbed unfortunately, so they called it a day.
