If I could rate it zero I would. Just waited a hour and a half for my food and I only ordered a 5 piece basket and 1 famous bowl. They had 10 of us waiting in line for this long. never again. DO NOT COME HERE.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars… I would. This was ridiculous. We waited 45 minutes before I went into the lobby and complained that our 3 items were not complicated to understand or cook. Don’t even bother walking into the lobby, you won’t even want your food after that. After he said “we have 20 orders ahead of you” I looked around and said “where? Because nobody in here even has food and you have 2 people waiting from the drive through who came AFTER us” and he went and started working on our order. In the process of me waiting for my order to be done, there was a woman who came up to the counter demanding a refund because she was sitting there for over 45 minutes as well. Would not return, at all. Save your money.

Obviously, this KFC is terrible. The lobbies closed so if you placed a mobile order you gotta sit through the long line it’s not gonna be ready on time so just prepare yourself for that The service is terrible. It’s not very sanitary inside. I would do yourself a favor and go eat somewhere else because I didn’t even pick up my food Since the line was so long, I still got charged for it though and I’ve contacted customer service four times

Literal garbage food joint. Hopefully goes the way of Hardee's. Slow slow slow service and then to top it off missing food. Heard a new chicken joint is opening up next door, so good bye KFC.
Something must have happened in the last few months to this place because pretty much every review is bad and complaining about long wait times some over an hour.
KFC emailed me before I even got my food asking for feedback. Told me they would reach out in 48hrs but never did, probably because this particular franchise has so many negative reviews.
I used to walk in here and instantly pick up my food, now you are expected to wait 15 minutes for the app to tell you it's ready and then when you walk in the building you'll be waiting another 30 minutes at least. Nobody wants to sit in this sticky floor dump for 30 minutes.

Waiting 45 min so far for chicken! No sense of urgency!!! And believe me when I say they avoid all eye contact! Not a care in the world! And one worker on her cell phone while cooking up fries!!!! Not to mention disgustingly dirty inside! My shoes were sticking to the floor!!!

I've not been to the Ottawa KFC in 8 years and the service and and staff are still pathetic, can't maintain the amount of chicken to orders, inside or drive thru, and the staff never acknowledge me until I walked out. I WILL NEVER and no one else should go there. What a waste of my time.

The manager (Zach) was very rude, they messed up my order and didn't give me the right change back. I never ended up getting the amount of money back that I had coming to me. He kept interrupting me and talking over me, he didn't want to listen to me or give me the time. He told me to leave the restaurant when I kept trying to speak, he didn't want to listen, just kept talking over me. I hope something gets done about this, I will never go to that kfc again. Horrible experience!
