Whenever I go to this location the drive through guy Michael always goes above and beyond what I usually see at drive through places. Service is unmatched. (glasses with black hair) It’s quite refreshing to see! Very impressed!

Went there with my family & ordered a family meal. We decided to eat in the dining area. They had limited seating for a family of 6 to sit together & no plates to offer to eat off of, but the food was good & staff was friendly.

I will always love KFC. The Ottawa one always has pot pies available. My only complaint is paying 40.00 for an 8pc meal! I know times have changed. But double what it used to be? I will stick to my pot pies!!
Sorry to say i am a big fan of KFC... been to it in more than 10 countries... Went to the one in Streator for the first time... Will only say this about it.... WON'T BE GOING BACK..... Chicken was burnt.. Mash potatoes were dry..Mac and cheese.. was like a brick...

The staff is very friendly inattentive and the food here is always great and fresh (especially the chicken sandwiches). However, I'm not sure if they have grease trap problems or what the issue is but trying to dine in is very unpleasant due to a very very foul odor.
Parking: Parking at this location is plentiful but there is a loose service door in the parking lot that is very loud and scary to drive over.

I came here with my dog Duke, who goes wherever I go. We had a 20 minute wait, not because they were busy but because I ordered the 3 piece chicken box and they didn't have the breast. An employee let me know and said it would be a w0 minute wait and of course I said we would wait because that's what I came there for...the chicken breast is the best part of the chicken, am I right? So we waited...and it was delicious ? Duke was ? happy just because he was with me! Dukes a good boy!
Chicken Sandwich was not hot. Nuggets were lukewarm, chicken strips or OK, though.
