Excellent service, hot fish and chicken. Hushpuppies were great even at lunch the next day.

We came here for lunch at 1045. They were out of French fries and Mac n cheese. We placed our order for the 4 people in our family. We sat down as they said too. We waited 15 minutes for our food. When they brought it out we only received food for one of the people in our party. We waited another 10 minutes no more food was brought out. Finally I went back to the counter and asked if we were getting the rest of our food and was told oh it's not on your receipt but yet we ordered it and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. So played order again and when food was brought out still missing my granddaughters meal. Needless to say the food was okay... but the service was terrible !

I love LJS, and the fish here is as good as any. Unfortunately, it is combined with a KFC, which gets more customers and takes up the majority of the menu. They also only serve KFC fries and coleslaw, which are not as good as Long John Silver's.

Most of the food we received from our order was hot and fresh. The fries were cold and limp and we didn't receive the coleslaw we ordered at all. The gentleman who took our order kept saying is that all as we were in the middle of ordering which was pretty frustrating. The condiment area could have been cleaner and the ice machine didn't work right. The restroom was handicap accessible but did have trash on the floor.There was plenty of parking and the restaurant was easy to access.

They got my order wrong twice at the Ottawa, IL store, it wasn't even close. The guy at the window should take some classes on customer service or be let go. He told me I ordered what they gave me twice, after I explained to him it wasn't. The lady came over and found my order on the screen in about two seconds, she was great. I was told they would bring it out to me, that's when the got me someone else's order again. I was afraid the j*** at the window would spit on my food because he just came across as that sort of person so I drove off without my food

Holy sodium stroke, Batman! I know fast food isn't the best choice, but this was outrageous. I'm not sure what has changed with the recipe at LJS, but there was way too much salt in the batter.

It was an okay visit... Long Johns just isn't the same since they started sharing restaurant space. Staff pleasant, food good, like the old LJ fries better than the KFC steak fries.
Had raw chicken served to my son.....place is dirty and disgusting.....do not go to this location......terrible

Was told my long john silvers order would take 10-15 mins because they dont have the fryer on at 7:30 at night. I said okay I'll wait. I was 35-40 mins from my house and i wanted my yummy fish and hush puppies. I waited about 22 mins, no food yet so I pulled around and asked the lady what what's going on she said it would only be one more minute because she doesn't really know how long it's going to be. And then I waited another five minutes or so until I got my food so it took a total of just under 30 minutes to get my food. Ridiculous.

I purchased food from this location and I feel like I wasted money. I purchased a flavored tender basket and the chicken was dry and the fries were undercooked. I watched the crew push through drivethru orders while ignoring customers at thw counter. Very disappointed.
