It’s a pretty decent place for a dine in but if you were to decide y’all need take-out “don’t trip” because this spot offers that option & delivery services as well.

The food is very good however they close whenever they feel like it. We used to go all the time and they’re familiar with my husband and I. They also know that we drive an hour and 20 minutes to get there. We’ve been turned away time and time again. Middle of the day we’ve been turned away saying only the bar was open. Multiple time we’ve showed up 45 minutes before close and been told they decided to close early. Well tonight was it for us, we arrived a whole hour before close only to be told they’ve once again decided to close early?!? My husband and I don’t linger around either. We order the same thing everytime and we’re done within 20 minutes of being served and we tip well. We also frequent a few bars in the area and have friends in the area and we’ve heard rumors that the restaurant was a front for moving drugs. I honestly believe it seeing that no one would treat a real business that they rely on to feed their family as a hobby.

The lunch fish tacos are very good and reasonably priced. Our server was super friendly and fast. The margarita I tried was with Don Julio and it was quite orange-citrus, a bit on the sweet side more than I like but the husband liked it a lot. The complimentary salsa and chips were tasty. The ambiance itself is very underwhelming here, small and not very well lit. This place is really about the food. My husband got al pastor lunch tacos and he was very impressed. Overall though I would not say the atmosphere is that great, if you want ambiance there is a good place near the Ottawa Wal-Mart that is better.

We had an amazing dinner here tonight! Such a good birthday for my sister! Our waitress, Skylar was so kind and attentive. Highly recommend!!!

this place made me wait an hour said they were busy. There's two other tables that already had an eaten. They did not refill my drink cup asking me how everything was and all I got was chips that were cold and sauce that taste like pizza sauce that you get out of the lunch a bowl's and then when the food finally came, I asked him why it took an hour and why the family behind me got serve the same time we did and she told me that they make all the fajitas at the same time so they didn't even start making my food 25 minutes into me sitting there then when I brought it up to the owner son, he was rude told me if I don't understand the service business that I can leave I did so then today I'm getting harassed and called saying that I owe money for food that I never took never touched and was threatened and told to get out of here before something happens bad. screw these ppl and hope they get shit down shit ass place!

The food was decent. The front of the place has a bar, and the back has seating for dining. The beef was spicy and flavorful. But the seafood cocktail appetizer wasn't really tasty at all.

Stopped in to eat just 2 of us. There was 4 open tables. Girl comes up to us, refuses to seat us saying it would be 30 to 40 minutes. We asked if we could sit and have a drink and some chip and salsa and we didn't mind waiting. She says with attitude "I SAID 30 TO 40 MINUTES". I'm guessing she is a member of the family who owns the place and couldn't make it working anywhere else.

Great service and food! The atmosphere was a little awkward - no music so you can hear everyone’s convos - very cafeteria like. But we had a great time anyway :)

Great spot that seems to be a local favorite. For $10 I got a vegetarian burrito that was good on its own, but made even better with the chips and salsa it came with. Great value. I would totally come back here again!

Place has a seafood section on there menu and most of the dishes have fish in them so I order a dish called Filete a la veracruzana it has halibut in it this was at shortly before 7pm the server returns and tells me they are out of fish so I opt for carna asada it was over cooked the refried beans were over whipped the rice was ok. The margarita was so weak had to order a shot to help it out. Probably won't return.

Nice local bar and restaurant. Quaint place full of locals at the bar. Employees were all very nice and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and a big help. Menu had a great variety of Mexican dishes that looked appealing. We had fajitas and carne asada. They were great! Will be back !
