Got McDonalds today on June 4th 2025 and had them delivered to our spot at pick up #8. We got fries, 2 double cheeseburgers, and 2 Coca colas with a Caramel Latte. The fries were old and sad by the time we got them but more noticeable than that was the distinct taste of dish soap; except instead of it being like you didn't wash your fork well enough it was as though someone poured chemicals in the fries.

I ordered my sandwich with extra ingredients, i was charged for it but they missed to place them. Messed up my coffee as well, I requested no cream, and it had cream. The person on the drive thru window didnt even bother to fix my order.

Night shift can’t do anything right. Food tastes like they haven’t cleaned the grill in over a month. Worst place in town by far. Location always gets my 1 order wrong that’s just 1 plain sandwich. But this last time was the worst, everything was rotten. I won’t ever come back here. And then the employee acts like I’m the one with the issue. So messed up.
Treat their staff poorly. And will fire you for minor inconveniences, THAT ARE ON THEM.

Lived in Ottawa for just over a year, come to this McDonald’s a few times a month and have never had a great experience, there’s always something missing, cold, or wrong. Prices at this specific McDonald’s are 15-25% higher than at others, and employees can’t even manage to put sauces in the bag (that I paid for). Burritos in the morning are never consistent (sometimes cold, sometimes hot, sometimes the shell is hard), coffee usually is full of coffee grounds, 50/50 shot on whether you’re gonna get hot or soggy fries. The higher prices wouldn’t bother me if things were consistent and fresh but they aren’t.

The bun of my chicken sandwich was BURNED and only they put a small ass slice of tomato. I also ordered ahead on the app for breakfast and when i got there to pick it up they told me they didnt have it because breakfast ended 8min ago… i ordered ahead for a reason. Absolutely horrible service.

Forgot a whole meal of our order tonight 2/5 so we paid 30 bucks for some chicken nuggets and fries. Also did diet coke instead of regular and a small shake instead of medium.
