Night shift can’t do anything right. Food tastes like they haven’t cleaned the grill in over a month. Worst place in town by far. Location always gets my 1 order wrong that’s just 1 plain sandwich. But this last time was the worst, everything was rotten. I won’t ever come back here. And then the employee acts like I’m the one with the issue. So messed up.

Lived in Ottawa for just over a year, come to this McDonald’s a few times a month and have never had a great experience, there’s always something missing, cold, or wrong. Prices at this specific McDonald’s are 15-25% higher than at others, and employees can’t even manage to put sauces in the bag (that I paid for). Burritos in the morning are never consistent (sometimes cold, sometimes hot, sometimes the shell is hard), coffee usually is full of coffee grounds, 50/50 shot on whether you’re gonna get hot or soggy fries. The higher prices wouldn’t bother me if things were consistent and fresh but they aren’t.

The bun of my chicken sandwich was BURNED and only they put a small ass slice of tomato. I also ordered ahead on the app for breakfast and when i got there to pick it up they told me they didnt have it because breakfast ended 8min ago… i ordered ahead for a reason. Absolutely horrible service.

This particular mcds is awesome. Always fast and fresh with friendly employees. My only complaint (which is out of their hands) is the PRICES!!! Good lord! Fast food should not cost this much

Forgot a whole meal of our order tonight 2/5 so we paid 30 bucks for some chicken nuggets and fries. Also did diet coke instead of regular and a small shake instead of medium.

I did not have a pleasent experience with a worker at this location. Specifically wearing a lot of chains and working at the window on 2/28/25 at 10:20pm. Managers seriously should account everyone they hire

I went to eat and the food is good. The cooks cook well, but the people in front of the cashier, if you ask them for a sauce or ranch/BBQ, they want to sell it to you or they put on an attitude face when it is already included in your package. The person who had the bad attitude was a young boy
