Ordered door dash and payed extra to get 4 ounce of salsa rojá and they gave me salsa verdé. Called to let them know and they told me kick rocks. Don’t charge me $3 for sauce when workers are illiterate. Specifically ordered red. What Chicago style hot dog has has no celery salt? Not chicago style when it’s missing ingredients. Really poor service compared to old locations. After reading reviews they won’t even apologize to the people for the bad ones or acknowledge the good reviews. It’s sad because it was a favorite place.
