Man these employees have ISSUES. Multiple times I’ve walked in and there’s the guy with the long hair screaming and cursing in the back to himself for whatever reason...? Then there’s another guy who’s bald and wears a hat and is constantly rude to customers and his delivery people. He should NOT be getting away with the things I overhear him say to people while I’m sitting there. The food takes forever to be done now and I think i’m done visiting here. Sat and waited half an hour after it said it was gonna be done just for a 14” thin crust cheese pizza. Super weird and hostile environment.

Just as good as any other Papa Johns I've eaten at before. Some of these negative reviews seem odd. One star because they gave you a root beer instead of an iced tea? Lol doubt that person needs any extra sugar in their diet anyway. Try water, tubby.

Nasty! I ordered a pizza for carryout online placed the order for 1pm pickup and placed the order at 1120am after restaurant got the order they made it right away and let the pizza sit for over an hour when I picked it up pizza was all dried out from sitting and not fresh no need to make a pizza that early before pickup time just to let it sit and not be fresh when customer picks it up

Ordered Brisk Tea as it is available on the app and received Root beer instead. No one called me to ask me if that was a suitable replacement if needed.
Placed an online order for pick up. Went to pick it up and the young kid that was working didn't have a very pleasant attitude. He never greeted me and kept giving me dirty looks as if I were interrupting his cleaning or something because I placed an online order. The only thing this idiot said to me was "name" and he pretty much threw my order at me and walked away. No have a good night or thank for choosing papa John's NOTHING!! He was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful
