Please don't order delivery or pick up from Ottawa Pizza Hut. They steal tips off of delivery orders, they are rude to delivery drivers, and they mess up the order every time I have ordered from them. The last time we ordered a pan pizza and they gave us a round one and only put 1 topping on when we got 2 topping. Then they ignore you when you go in there and need something. They forget to give you something and then get mad when you go back there to get it after you've been trying to yell back there and no one will come because they all have ear buds in and are ignoring you. Please save your money or order from Papa John's instead. They are super friendly and you won't get ignored there and will get your order in 10 - 15 minutes unless they are busy. Oh and they don't steal your tips at Papa John's!

Not sure what happened tonight 10/18/25. Ordered a boneless wing dinner and half the wings are bone in. 😑 Cookie pizza wasn't even cut. Horrible service. Should have gave up after the last fiasco when we ordered. This was a last time for us. Yall got 16yr olds working?

I ordered a big box, a medium pizza, breadsticks, and a two liter. never got the pop. when I asked the delivery driver he told me to call the store. when I called it was a call center in India and they transferred me to the ottawa store on hold for over 15 minutes and no one answered. I will be calling in the morning and will be talking to the manager in charge. very poor customer service. and the food was terrible. pizza was mostly crust barely any toppings or cheese. definitely not worth the 40 bucks I paid.

We were stranded at a hotel with car issues. We ordered a large order and everything was amazing and my family and I enjoyed it and we were grateful as we had a bad situation with our car etc.

Mason waited on my family and I this past Sunday. He is such a nice young man! He was on top of our service! He had our order out to us super fast! And was super polite and didn’t mind my crazy children.

Ordered a taco pizza. Went and picked up. Got a call a few minutes later telling me that have the doritos and sour cream. There was absolutely no one there. You had 1 job!! All I got was a sorry.

Ordered 628pm thru restaurant website and they passed the delivery off to door dash. A 658-7pm delivery eta just turned into additional 20 mins because of DoorDash. If I wanted to use DoorDash I would have ordered thru their app.
