I was blown away by the young man working 11/3/24 He handed me my coffee and told me it was on him for making me wait so long. I didn't feel I waited too terribly long and offered to pay but he refused. That's awesome customer service! Thank you!
Quite possibly might be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. It is consistently 30% slower than any suburban Starbucks. 25 minute wait for a preordered drink and there were only 3 cars in the drive through.
The front order taker was helpful was having trouble loading a 50 dollar gift card on my account she helped not sure what her name was but came in around 3.20 pm on 10/2 the coffee was great
