If you go inside to order, the place is great! However, the drive thru is very much a 50/50 chance. You get ranch? You'll either have a great sandwich or a McCum burger. You can guess which one I got this time lol. Had to wipe off my sandwich, you can see the damage from just the wrapper 💀

I placed an order online for dinner for my family, I figured if I ordered online, it would be ready when I got there. I got there, and it was ready . I looked in the bag and saw the chips and 3 foot longs, I didn't figure I had to unwrap the sandwiches to see if they were right since there was no one in line or in the drive thru. When I got home and opened up the sandwiches, it didn't have any ham or cheese! just condiments olives, lettuce, and onions. So now I have given my sandwich to my kids. I didn't want to go back or call and talk to the teenagers who were running the business. I spent a lot of money there! I will no longer go there again!! Jimmy John's has my business now!!

I would not recommend going to this store!! Ordered 3 sandwiches on line for in store pick up at 7pm. One sandwich was made at 7:20pm and the employees said they were out of meatballs for the meatball subs. We did not want a substitute so they said they could warm some up. Got home at 7:45pm to find two cold meatball subs and one sub that had been sitting made for 20-30 minutes. One meatball sub was supposed to be toasted and was not. Poor experience and food quality.

Not sure what happened to this location but it’s awful now. We ordered a steak wrap and grilled chicken salad and paid extra for avocado. After we left and got on the highway my sister went to eat her wrap and the steak was ice cold🤣 then I went to eat my pathetic excuse for a salad and the chicken was ice cold too! Also neither of the avocado we paid for was included. (Love paying for things I don’t get) not sure who’s running this establishment but they’re clearly not even aware how to prepare its own food since corporate clearly states all meat besides cold cuts is to be made warm unless customer specifically ask for it not to be. Considering from reviews months ago about ice cold meat they haven’t learned a thing and continue to dissatisfy customers. Not to mention the absurd prices subway has increased for sad portions (that you might or might not get) and paying extra for. I suggest not hiring anything with a low IQ level and maybe not just teenagers running your business and perhaps y'all can save yourselves! 🤷🏻♀️

We make online orders at subway about once a week and we always select toasted, but the sandwiches are always ice cold. It never really mattered much to me because I get the spicy Italian, but yesterday I got the new spicy steak sandwich, and it came cold, and now I have food poisoning. I love subway, but unfortunately I won’t be going to this location again until they either replace their toaster oven in the back, or actually start using it. It’s ridiculous

Really disappointed in the quality of their sandwiches, lately. Bread is crumbly, like it's day old. We tried the $3 pretzel and the $2 churro. By the time it took get home, maybe 5 minutes, they were both so hard that you couldn't even bite through it.

Ok, food . slow service, but I don't think it's the fault of the employees. It's just a sign of the times
Unfortunately didn't have a good first experience. To go order was not ready, waited extra 10 minutes before asking what's going on. Order was received, but no receipt printed to make it. One employee did apologize a few times. I patiently waited and said no worries. 20 minutes later, it was finally ready. Thought it would've been nice to get a free cookie or something, but received nothing. I even had tipped on the order which wish I didn't. All was well till I got home 5 minutes away. The chicken on the sandwich was ice cold as if it wasn't even heated up. Too go orders are made in the back so didn't see it made. Sandwich was supposed to be toasted and was not warm. Made sloppy and wayyyyy too much sauce. Sidekick items were not made well and those are just warmed up. I guess pick up is not the way to go.

I had visited previously and there was a young man working there was so slow I was the only customer and it took almost 20 minutes to get out the door. So I was VERY HAPPY to see another gentleman working my last visit and he was EXCELLENT! NICK MAYBE? I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HIS NAME BECAUSE HE WAS FAST FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS HAD ME OUT THE DOOR IN UNDER 10 MINUTES AND ALSO HAD OTHER CUSTOMERS! HE DID AN AMAZING JOB!! This is my FAVORITE FAST FOOD GO TO especially in the summer when it's hot I just need that cold sandwich!

Pretty traditional Subway. The food was good and the service was fast. However, the coolest thing about this Subway is that it is located where the old Radium Dial Factory in Ottawa, IL used to be. Nothing here would tell you that but if you know your history this is a pretty cool location. Cool Subway just for that fact!
