When we had a schedule a family event at The Lone Buffalo in Ottawa on a very short turn around, Janet and her team made everything so easy. Before the event, Janet made sure all the boxes were checked. Communication via email and phone was seamless. During event, Janet was there to welcome us and make sure everything was set up as we had discussed. During the event, the staff were very attentive and helpful. My husband and I are on our honeymoon, staying at the Getaway House site close by. We have been here 2 nights in a row because the food is so phenomenal (literally everything single thing has been great) and the service has been fantastic. They really accommodate and have great recommendations. The beer flights are great - We got one to share our first night, and ended up getting a second because the serving size was perfect for trying multiple options. We might even be back again...
