This isn't the first time I have shopped at the Cheese Shop. The sandwiches are very tasty. Also this is where I buy fresh parmasian cheese. Plus you get to enjoy the great smells. Definitely recommend this place.

This place is a hidden restaurant that offers decent food. My kids enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service was good.Parking: People can park close to the door. The parking lot is small, so no one has to park far away.Kid-friendliness: This is a small place with plenty for the kids to look at. It has a small restaurant section and on the side it sells snacks and drinks.

Love this place! Very unique store with wonderful cheeses and deli meats and you can get great burgers and sandwiches to boot! They have an adorable shop towards the back with unique edibles. We go Out of our way to eat here... it's off the beaten path, but worth stopping in!! Love it! Great service too!!

One of the best hidden gems of Ottawa. Love this place. Good food. Great selection of cheeses, meats and other culinary delights. LOVE their gyros and fried cheese nuggets. Great for catering.
Food was delicious and out in ten minutes. Panini's and subs are wonderful and there are so many cute snacks and old fashioned candy and soda to shop while you wait.

Food not so good the last two visits. Bacon on the BLT was overcooked and tough. (Even on the 2nd sandwich they remade for me.) Partner asked for fried chicken sandwich and the chicken was broiled. Management didn't even offer an apology.

The ribeye sandwich and the chicken panini are incredibly good . Of the three times I have been here, the service was great when I went there in the morning, but the other two times I went there in the evening the service was horrible. The food they packaged for me the second two times leaked through the paper bag they gave me so I went up to the counter to ask if they could wrap it in plastic or had a plastic bag and they looked at me like they didn't understand what I was saying. They offered me another paper bag. To make a long story short the food was completely trashed by the time I got home so I wasted my money.

The pulled pork and their homemade potato chips so good. cute little place. wish I could have brought it home with me? . leave Ottawa without eating here you will be sorry. Charming , so nice. My stomach growling just thinking about it.
