We were looking for a special way to celebrate our granddaughters 2nd birthday…. Doughnuts was the party theme. I contacted the Ottawa Bakery and was so glad I did! I told Holly what I was looking for ,and she couldn’t have been more helpful and excited to take her part. She did exactly what I asked,and the results were DELUCIOUS and FUN! This is, by far, my favorite place in town. They never miss, the food is always SO good. They have the best spinach and cheese croissants. Most times, they have some kind of frittata or quiche, and those are absolutely amazing as well. The bear claws, mini tarts and mini pies are great. This cute little bakery is a hidden gem of Ottawa, making pasteries on par with what I've had in the shoppes in France. The almond filled puff pastery was as aesthetically beautiful as it was scrumptious, the peach & cheese danish had an indicative butter crispyness, yet soft center, & I cannot wait to get to the danish crumble & pecan sweetroll.
