Always great service and amazing food
There are a lot of great things to say about this restaurant. The multicultural menu is amazing. Yes it may seem intimidating if you're afraid to try something new. The drinks are delicious and the staff makes you feel as though you've been a part of their family for years. Only been there a couple of times thus far, but The Pink Chihuahua is now a regular stop for my wife and I. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Want to try something new? Try The Pink Chihuahua!
Went for dinner tonight and had Megan for our waitress. Awesome burger. Had the Balto. Holy cow that was huge and so good. Thank you,Megan for taking good care of us tonight.
My Date and me met at the Pink Chihuahua for dinner. First the service was ok the waiter was under 21 couldn't describe the drink specials.
This was my first visit since they moved to Ottawa. Quaint, Food was decent, waitress was extremely nice, but slow to come back to our table to see if we wanted another drink, i think she was the only waitress with 4 tables filled. Womans Bathroom was filthy..looked liked it hadn't been swept in a long time, floor was sticky, This was an issue with their LaSalle location also. In my opinion..if you can't clean the bathroom, then the kitchen is probably disgusting. How clean are the dishes we are eating off of? It will be a while before I go back.
Oh my gosh! Every type of cuisine you can imagine and the most unique eclectic decor! Not a a place to dive but a place to experience! All the food is good and an adorable menu for the kids and nice drinks selection for the adults. It is fancy but also comfy Come dressed up or jeans and sweatshirt! All fits in!
The people are very kind and LOVE the food. Gyros are my absolute favorite! I truly go once a week. Anyone ever ask me a good place to eat.. this is my first response. && not to mention they have entertainment!!! (:
Had an amazing exp. Unique menu, really enjoyed all the food. Such a great menu to try new things. Server were top natch and made me feel very good. Will go there again and again.
The food and service were great. Interesting and unique menu. Top 5 place to get a Bison Burger in Illinois!
Nice ambience. Soup and salad were good but whole table of fours entrees were lacking. Most of all it was very under seasoned then just dried out and not what it should be. If I had to guess I would say the most used thing in the kitchen is the microwave. I can get into details but not worth the effort just keep on walking down the street and spend your $100 for 3.5 people somewhere else. All I can say is normally we finish a meal and if not we take it home. We left half of it on the plate and on the table.

Good food. Great service. Small portions. The stuffed artichoke hearts were delicious. The tuna filet was good as well. Only place you can order bone marrow in the area. Hell yes!
My family and I really love this restaurant. New ideas fly through the kitchen so quickly, you can almost hear them buzz by. This is what elevates The Pink Chihuahua and it's why going back regularly, as we've been doing, is an adventure.
I loved this place - although some small plates were definitely better than others. Of everything I tried, the Sweet Chili Shrimp and fried Calamari were the best. I did not like the fried pot stickers. The fried shells totally detracted from the filling. Server was excellent and patient as we explored the extensive menu. Definitely will return for Taco Thursday.
A very unique atmosphere. The owner and staff were very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. Although some of the comments state that the prices are high, I'm not sure what they were expecting for food of this quality, where I'm from I would expect things to cost even more. I had the Brandy BBQ burger, the meat was great quality and the seasoned fries were delicious. I would definitely go back if in town again.
We were at wine fest and stopped here for lunch. I had read reviews and they were mixed. We should of just kept walking. My husband and I and another couple shared the steak brischetta. The bread was stale but otherwise it was good. The waitress was awful. Only came by our table a handful of times and never offered another mixed drink for my husband. I asked a question about the shrimp tempura and zucchini appetizer and she never returned and answered my question. So while the rest of the table got served their meals I had nothing. It took so long for our food to be cooked I wasn't interested in sitting there any longer. My husband got the curry lamb meatballs and took one bite and spit it out. The French onion soup was flavorless and I only ate the cheese. The bread in it tasted like it was deep fried first!? The menu is too extensive here. They need to make it smaller and focus on quality rather than quantity. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
