Love,love, love tones! I've always had turtle sundae, and I finally after 30plus years I tried a upside down banana split, omg! It was delicious!! Best ice cream around.
Cash only establishment. Seasonal hours only. 4 employees. 3 females, 1 male. All four very unhappy to see a customer walk in. Male was unwelcoming, didn't even great us and had a face of annoyance the second we walked in. This was our first time here and will not be going back. We felt very unwelcomed and the young male was very racist towards us. Cheap gas station ice cream flavors. If you are on a budget and want big cold portions with no personality then this is your spot.

Tone's Cones is excellent. Service is pretty fast. I came in yesterday, and there was a group of 19 kids, not to mention the adults with them. Tone's Cones got through the entire group in 15ish minutes.
I had a Snickers flurry. Lots of candy in it, mixed well through to the bottom. Also tried a twist cone. The ice cream is thicker, creamier than most soft serve places. That was definitely nice.

Parking: Street parking has 10ish spots within one block.

The workers are so nice and the ice cream was delicious. The orders also were very quick. Though, they only take cash, so be sure to have change.
