I’ve been coming to this place for YEARS, and when my kids wanted a little treat we always get them the baby cones with a dip and a maraschino cherry, price has been the same forever. The last two times I’ve gone price went up over a dollar. When I questioned it the first time, the cashier had a more seasoned employee explain to him that he’d made a mistake and he wasn’t supposed to charge a sixty cent topping charge PER CHERRY (which is ridiculous). No biggie, mistakes happen. The second time the cashier informed me the charge was right, I’d been getting charged incorrectly for the past 7 years, and my two dipped baby cones came to almost five dollars and that’s what I needed to pay, now. His manner was rude and dismissive. This was one of our favorite places, we came almost daily in the summer, but I won’t be returning.

Other than having to watch that first step, Tone Cones is more of a drive thru and, order to go than sit down. The ice-cream treats are diverse and tasty. Counter help was friendy and polite.

Maybe it’s because it’s a small town and there aren’t many options, but this ice cream was extremely lackluster. We made an hour trip here and left pretty disappointed.

They had very small parking lot and it was for me somewhat difficult to park. I liked the ice cream parlor itself. I ordered a Malt. The only thing that I’ve thrown off I was they only take cash so I had to go back out to the car. The malt was very good. The weight staff was busy busy. I would definitely go back.

Very friendly staff. If you want soft serve - Tone's Cones is your stop (they have a lot of options - sundae, flurries, shakes, etc) and if you want ice cream, stop next door at Scopes R US where they have a ton of different flavor options. Great place to stop on a hot summer day.

Kids love coming here it is a little pricey but worth it and only down side is they only take cash
