Tone's Cones is excellent. Service is pretty fast. I came in yesterday, and there was a group of 19 kids, not to mention the adults with them. Tone's Cones got through the entire group in 15ish minutes.
I had a Snickers flurry. Lots of candy in it, mixed well through to the bottom. Also tried a twist cone. The ice cream is thicker, creamier than most soft serve places. That was definitely nice.

The ice cream is the best around Ottawa! It's a Staple for newcomers! The service is always rude but it's a high-stress environment and it's tiny so it makes sense. The ice cream makes up for it honestly. You'll learn there's always a line, whether walking in or driving thru, but it's always worth the wait.
