THIS STORE NEEDS TO DO BETTER! EVERY TIME I ORDER ITS EITHER SCREWED UP OR HORRIBLE FOOD!
I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHY I KEEP TRYING. 5X IN A ROW NOW NO BUTTER OR SOUR CREAM FOR THE POTATOES.
THE COBB SALAD WAS MADE HALF ASSED WITH 2 HARD STRIPS OF BACON BURIED UNDERNEATH THE LETTUCE, CROUTONS WERE HARD AS A ROCK. WHEN I HAVE CALLED NO ONE REALLY CARES!
For 6/8 consecutive weeks, I went to Ottawa, IL Wendy's 3 times a week. The 1 out of 3 times a week they were open around 930pm, well before their advertised closing time, they're constantly claiming to out of whatever I try to order. When you complain, they try to use gift cards to appease you, but do nothing about the actual issue.
I literally hate this place you’ll sit in the drive-through for 30 minutes they never have employees that can supposedly work or they’ll make it an entire day with three people and then when you go an hour before they close there’s more than three people but then they say they’re closing early the intercom never works so people are ordering at the window and waiting for their food to be made which slows the entire line down the lobby is locked with no sign or nothing so...read full review
