I order from this location through DOORDASH. Every time they screw up something in my order! I really only order because they're the only place open due to the limited options but cmon Wendys.....DO BETTER! The food never tastes fresh not frozen, fries are 99% old, 7 x in a row now no sour cream or butter for the sour cream and chive potato! The night managers are rude and just don't care!

I’ve given Wendy’s numerous chances to make things right by going back over and over again. Went there tonight to get some dinner, almost forgot our frosty we ordered. Then get home and somehow a plain burger means tomato mayo and the other stuff they put on it. I’m not one to do reviews but over the years giving numerous chances, don’t think I’ll be back at this location. I’ll make the 20min drive to the next town over.
This was by far the worse wendys I've ever been to. The condiment section was disgusting! The pump ketchup was thick and gross, I'm glad it wouldn't dispense, and the packets were covered in old ketchup. Little helpful tip for the future don't put bacon in the title of a sandwich, if your gonna put 2 quarter slices, the picture says it all. Won't be back, save ur money

The food was great and made to order exactly. But we went inside to order, but took it with us. And we had to wait like 7 minutes before anyone took our order. They were very busy with door dash orders snd the drive up window, so I understand. But yence need more associates. Thank you. But all associates were very nice and they did acknowledge us.
