Stopped in here on Saturday 04/25/26. I was riding my bicycle on the Lincoln Prairie Trail from Pana to Taylorville and back and this little gem is at the halfway point in Owenaco. I had the BPT special and it was huge and delicious. There was an event going on and after speaking to the locals, I will definitely be returning to try the Pizza!!!
Excellent food, non complicated menu! Smashburgers are outstanding!!
On Saturday, we went to the pub for the first time.
First off I want to say that the spicy pizza is a 10/10 🤤
Second, my 6 month old learned the hard way to stop grabbing at food. The waitress sat our pizza on the table (right out the oven) and he immediately stuck his hand in it. When he started screaming, the waitress brought over ice to try and help instantly. Olde Towne Pub is a very tiny place with a very limited menu. The food is good and the service is great. The pub makes one heck of a killer pizza, like the spicy pizza or the Cadillac pizza on a thin crust. The pork tenderloin sandwich is huge and awesome, a must try where you should prepare to take most of it home. The staff provides immediate and caring help. This small town pub is highly recommended for something different.
