I had breakfast here today for the first time since the remodel and I loved it! The restaurant was clean; the manager was super friendly; my waiter, Jesse, was great; and the food was delicious! Everything came out fast and hot! Absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for good service and great food. I'll definitely be back!

New restaurant.... horrible hours really 7 to 3. , there a plenty of breakfast places in palatine adding another franchise one horrible idea , not suprised you guys went bankrupt upper management has no idea or common sense

This was our first time here since Village inn took over. I have to say the food was average. Nothing truly to rave about.. My son ordered the bacon lovers BLT, wasn't that much bacon on there to call it a bacon lovers anything.. I ordered the daily special which called 2x2x2. It was two eggs, two slices of meat and two pancakes. Thank goodness it was daily special cuz it wasn't worth more than $5. We both ordered pie which was probably the best thing we had. I can honestly say I'm in no rush to go back. I have been to other Village inns and for some reason this one just didn't seem to impress food wise.

Kudos to Brian our server. Great service! Allowed us other options. Chicken fried steak was dry and not very tasty. Reuben was also dry. They need to change their cook. Stick to the breakfast menu.

The decoration and decor is beautiful. The food it depends who the server is. Daniele is there best server. She is fast, knows the menu and is very nice. The management needs work!! They were short handed and they don't seem to help there staff.

Mediocre experiences lately. Warm, not hot meals. Slow service. Nice servers, but cashier has an attitude. I think they are short handed. UPDATE: Meals are hotter, service has vastly improved and interior renovations are fabulous! We have visted 3 times in 3 weeks. Danielle, Barb and Brian are super friendly servers! Kudos to all!
