girl gave me a large chocolate chip shake. asked for a chocolate shake. Said “we no have chocolate”. I was skeptical, and said “really lady” she was like “yeah sorry no chocolate” I was like no hersheys syrup, no brownie ice cream, no chocolate malt powder? She was like what’s a malt. So, I cut my losses and was like cmon please anything and she was like “chocolate chip shake” so I said okay and got to the window spent $9.32 and she gave me ice cream blended with ice. Please, for the love of god and this woman who works here, go to McDonald’s!!!

The Dunkin donuts sourdough sandwich on sourdough bread is great. It does seem a little pricey with coffee. All and all a great experience.

Terrible experience. 3/31/25 7:45pm, wasted $32. 1) Did a mobile order but they require for mobile orders that you come in and get. That ruins the point of mobile. 2) I go in and they have not started they said they didnt have a product i ordered. 3) I asked them to refund. They cannot refund. 4) I asked for a manager. They have no manager. 5) I asked for the owner. They don't know who the owner is. 6) They got the flavors wrong when I got home 7) No straws included for the wrong shakes 8) No spoons for the ice creams This had to be the most incompetent store ever, they will try to give you he worst experience at raised prices. I do not recommend this place at all. Go any other place even jewel osco in that plaza area and you get better pricing on Ice Cream (uncluding BR brand) and so much better service. It is ridiculous how bad BR has become.

Bought 2 ice creams 2 scoops in each. Since kids were eating slowly and ice cream started to melt. Asked for empty cup. But they said I need to pay. Never will come again to this place to buy ice creams. We paid 14$ for 2 ice cream and couldn't get free cup
