Went here shortly after the snowstorm with 7” of snow. Stopped by and was highly disappointed that none of the handicap parking was cleared. The sidewalk leading from the parking lot to the restaurant was completely maintained with out a hint of snow. So when I went in and mentioned it to the manager that handicap parking spots should be cleared as well, I was told that the staff made sure the sidewalk was clear. I repeated that it was the handicap spots that were a concern, and was then asked where did I park. I found this response insulting and rude. I should have walked out then. Sat down the waitress was rude and the food mediocre. A huge disappointment all around.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking was not cleared of the snow. Was unable to park.

It was my first time visiting Billy's pancake House, we went on a Sunday around closing, the staff were super friendly, food was cooked and served within 10 mins, the food was delicious. My only minor dislike is that they were vacuuming the place while we were still inside. Totally would come back, and I would recommend this spot to family and friends.

Breakfast/ Brunch. If you know it, Billy’s is one of those local places by which you will judge all others against at some point. You can’t go wrong here for the first meal of the day. Been coming here periodically over 20 years. By no means a regular. But they get it right every time which is why I haven’t stopped coming back. Good tunes, pleasant servers, and quality food.
