I get Door Dash delivery. The food is good, if you get what you ORDER! I would say 50% of the time something is MISSING! if you are lucky enough to get the food items, your coffee will not be there or the syrup for your Pancakes will be missing. If you do get the coffee, the cream you specifically asked for, will be missing. You probably are thinking, why does he order from there? It's a mile away from my home the food, when delivered, is hot and good, the prices are reasonable. Today, my coffee was missing AGAIN! I think I am going to start spending the $150 a week at a new restaurant, a bit closer, a bit cheaper, comparable food and much more efficient, so far! Sorry! I talked about this several times and it has gotten worse not better!

I’ve lived in Palatine for almost 10 years and usually go to a chain restaurant for breakfast like First Watch or Brunch Cafe. Today I decided that I wanted to try a local spot that I’ve never been to before and I definitely understand why I stick to the chain restaurants. I ordered the pancake and egg breakfast for my kids to share and it came with a piece of bacon that was completely burnt and almost inedible. I then had to get up and ask the server for a new piece because he never made an attempt to come and check on us after dropping the food off. Then as I was cutting into my chorizo Benedict to take my first bite I noticed a short, straight black hair sitting right on top of the egg. I again had to get up and go bring my plate to the server and let him know that there was a hair in my food. A couple minutes later he came back with a new piece of bacon and the same plate that I had handed to him. They simply took off the hair and tried to give me my plate back and I then explained for a second time that there was a hair in my actual food. Absolutely nothing redeeming that would make me want to come back. My 1 year old didn’t even eat because she didn’t like anything and this girl eats EVERYTHING.

I ordered a egg and sausage breakfast burrito and a side of biscuits and gravy. The eggs were SO over cooked in the burrito and were heavily under seasoned. The potatos were very basic but fine.
The biscuits were fluffy and delicious and the gravy was alright if a little bland, but the ratio to biscuits and gravy was way off.
Maybe it's because I ordered it via Uber eats? Either way I don't think I'd order from here again.
