I was having a great morning and called in to place an order. 2 mins later I realized I had made a mistake and walked in to get it corrected. The nice young girl said it’s ok and corrected it. They then gave me the wrong order. I came back to let them know and the same young girl corrected it. Everything was not perfect but I was ok with that.
A few mins went by and an old lady named Elsa showed up and told me that she has to throw food out because it’s my fault. I explained the situation and for some reason she kept arguing telling me it’s not nice to throw food out. She explained they had already made all the food but that was incorrect because we still waited 13 mins in the cafe area… when I told her that she said she didn’t see us… it was a very awkward unpleasant situation.
The young girl had already fixed it and even the kitchen area was already working to fix it but Elsa’s big mouth came out just to argue. I understand if she was having a bad day but it was her responsibility to make it right and she only made it worse.
We wasted so much time arguing with her that we decided to get a refund…after a total of almost an hour lost, we came out of that place with nothing to eat and just absolutely upset. I really hope someone contacts us to make it right since we plan to also take this review to social media in a video format.
Ambience was extremely stressful and uncomfortable.

honestly, if i could give this place zero stars i would.
where do i begin. let’s see…took forever for the server to come to my table, everyone else got their food first around me (when they ordered after me, i was there by myself…how are 3 separate families of 3 & 4 ordering after me and getting their food first?), my food came out ice cold (and i ordered eggs so you can imagine how gross), nobody came up and asked how it was so i couldn’t even ask to get it fixed, i sat there for 30 minutes waiting for the server to hand me my check (or even just acknowledge my presence), got fed up and went up to ask for my check, when i told the girl up front about my experience she literally said nothing (literally, nothing).
HORRIBLE experience, i will never be back.
