I ordered Polish sausage and got jumbo hot dogs... it wasn't real sausage... I wonder if if I had ordered Italian sausage I would have gotten jumbo hot dogs too??? Polish sausage is a different type of sausage than Italian sausage, so why do they serve hot dog sausage only a little thicker???

Old man working in the front was very rude when I asked basic questions regarding the menu. No sauce whatsoever on my gyros sandwich. Very overpriced but the food was good. My compliments to the cook but certainly not to the owner

Local gem...where do I begin? Food is always made fresh to order. Love the gyros but the tuna melt is a close second. Unfortunately we moved to Arizona but ALWAYS drop in when we come home to visit. The staff and especially the owner always greet us with a friendly smile...gosh I miss my weekly visits here. Looking forward to my next visit in the Spring.

Good place to eat. This is your traditional Chicago style food. Friendly staff, good food and atmosphere. They have night seating and they even have an ice cream place inside. Great menu with a lot of choices. Same with the ice cream. Will definitely come back!

I’m not gone lie. I couldn’t wait to write this review. Meal almost $20 and they give u a small cup, with no option to get the bigger size cup, she said that’s sold seperate….i ordered extra gravy (Italian beef gravy) to dip the extra bread from the Italian beef and I receive a small cheese cup of gravy 🤦🏿♂️. Fries warm, under a heater on standby not made with order. Moral of the story, if you want a great Italian beef and a real cup of gravy, a meal worth $20 if u gone spent that much on a Italian beef meal, go to KOSTAS on Dundee.
The person who took our order could have a friendlier attitude. It was my first time there and she seems a little put out that she had to take our order. I've had better gyros elsewhere too.

I recently ordered a chicken Gyro meal and was surprised when the total was 17.74 and it didn’t even come with a drink. The chicken gyro was not very big either. I did get an Tziki, but 17.74 for that fast food meal seems very high.I will next time go to Craving gyros in Lake Zurich where the gyros is overflowing with meat, the taste is amazing. The people were really nice at Chiggys just the price and taste were high and mediocre.

I got a gyro there Monday and it was great! Perfect amount of cucumber sauce and veggies, over flowing with meat. No need for French fries the gyro was enough!
