You need to ask for double of everything to get a regular size meal because they are extra cheap with the portions, the rice never taste like cilantro lemon,tand extra mushy. No consistency!

I placed an order for my family (4 bowls plus a kids meal) worst chipotle I’ve ever had. Carne asada was black.. completely burnt dry. Rice was not cooked. Hard. And on top of that.. the food was cold. Do better!

I've lived less than a mile from this location on Dundee since it opened and would rather drive more than twice as far to Deer Park if I ever want chipotle. It has been like this for years and under new management multiple times. The most constructive feedback I can honestly give is to shut it down and try to start fresh.

We just ordered the bowl. The rice was cold, the meat was dry, the guacamole wasn't fresh, and the vegetables weren't cooked properly. It's the worst thing I've ever tasted. You ruined my already bad day.

The worst experience ever! Made an order online and went to pick it up 15 minutes later, but nobody cared or started making it when I asked about my order. No one even started, and I was in a hurry. The person who took my order didn't explain anything; they just started chatting with a coworker. After they finally started making my order, I open it and rice was bland, overcooked, and horrible in taste. You could see how much sour cream and rice they added! Don't waste your time. I'm pretty sure nobody is even going to check my review.

I ordered Steak burrito, bowl steak and and chips. Guess what, burrito has no steak in it and I paid for it. Secondary, me and my daughter we both have flu and ordered the food because we cant go out and very nice Chipotle how you serve your clients! Look at the picture, can you see steak?

Barely got any meat on my burrito then they couldn’t close up the burrito so they grabbed a new tortilla and dumbed it into it and threw the other one out with some meat that I barely got. I complained got ignored then asked for an extra tortilla cause when they closed it still ripped but still got charged for the extra tortilla. Was there 2/11/2025 around 11am
