George handled all the little details perfectly and put the effort to plan appointments and tastings that correlated with both me and my family’s busy schedules. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine passion for making our vision come to life were unmatched. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The elegant decor, spacious layout, and beautifully lit ambiance created the perfect setting for our celebration. The Cotillion had everything we could have ever wanted for our reception and more. And the food was nothing short of phenomenal! We had the filet mignon, chicken athena, and salmon options. We are still receiving compliments from our guests, who couldn’t stop raving about how delicious and high-quality everything was. The cuisine here is truly Grade A, and it added so much to the overall experience.
What made the experience even more special was the warmth and kindness of the entire Cotillion team, especially George. Not only did we have the most amazing night at this perfect venue, but we also feel like we’ve become a part of The Cotillion family. George has been such a blessing to us—not only during the wedding planning process but even after. He arranged for us to stay at his family’s beachfront hotel on the beautiful island of Skiathos, Greece, for our honeymoon! We enjoyed a week-long getaway on a pristine island, complete with breathtaking beaches, mouthwatering food, and the warmest hospitality we could have ever dreamed of. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and the perfect way to begin our married life together.

New Year's party, at pretty much $170 per person. Well. I highly do not recommend attending. Where do I start? Food. For appetizers the servers were circling with swedish meat balls, chicken on a skewer and puff pastry with cheese. Not very glamorous.... On the table itself there was a plate with a few kinds of cold cuts. These were ok. Let's move to the "steak" dinner.... Served cold and.... The steak was well done!!!!! A shoe letter. Great chew! Oh. The "salad" was a bunch of wilted leafs and one tomato wedge and a cucumber slice..... For dessert, a little bowl of ice cream. Alcohol. Well. There was a bar..... $8 to $10 per drink!!!! Are you serious?????? There was a cheap red and white wine on the table. We had to search for someone to bother to give us a new bottle. Ok. Btw. Dinner was served at nearly 10pm. Entertainment... Music and dancing didn't start until nearly 11pm. And that was nothing special either. I, again, highly do not recommend. Waste of money. Thank God for fun company 😁
