Waited 10+ minutes after drive-up order for a smsll vanilla shake. I had to leave my car to go back inside asking where my order was. It was sitting on the counter. Attitude and care of young service workers was disrespectful and unacceptable. Complete service fail.

Staff was rude and indifferent. Fish sandwich was thrown together, misplaced on the bun and I had to literally put the toppings on the sandwich. The staff was more interested in flirty amongst themselves than service customers.

Ok, Culvers is a GoTo for us, but we usually stick with the Butter Burger of Pork Tenderloin. Not a big fan of the fried fish, but noticed they were pushing the Walleye for a limited time (Lent) option. Now I love fish sandwiches from another restaurant, but decided I would give it a whirl. And it was very good.

Little pricey but for a reason. Might be a treat, but I’m ok with that. Favs are cheese curds, and the cheeseburger fully loaded!Dietary restrictions: Their fully customizable sandwich order makes it ideal for lots of different diets. They don’t automatically put anything on the burger, you have to ask for it! So that means no surprises!

My husband somehow didn't have his credit card after paying. He never left his vehicle, we searched it when he returned home. Searched his clothing, no card. He looked outside his car. Nothing. I went back immediately and began looking around to see if I could find it in the parking lot. No luck. Politely talked to all employees. They were professional. No hysterical attitude on anyone's part. Thanked them and canceled the card when I returned home. Called them back to make them aware the card was unaccessable. And Politely asked if , perchance, to please cut it up. My advice, where ever you go, be mindful of getting your cards back. Best .

Went to this Culvers first time and had a horrific bad awful experience! I ordered chili this took over 30 mins to get a bowl that the chili was already made to my table! I informed the owner who was VERY RUDE and did not have his Customers best interests in mind ! The workers are very slow rude and act as if they are “Entitled” ! Avoid the aggravation and just say No to this establishment! The Owner stinks and should be taught a life lesson that the Customers satisfaction and happiness should be first !
