If youâre planning to work in America and serve the American public in 2025, itâs important to have a good understanding of English, especially if youâre taking and serving food orders for English-speaking customers. Today, I experienced a frustrating situation with a server who didnât speak English well and messed up my order. It became even more challenging when another person, who also had limited English skills, had to assist her. Communication is key in these situations, and understanding the language is essential.

Walked in and waited behind another customer, not the problem. The problem is that 3 people walked in 5 min later and they were seated before me, without any courtesy to the first one waiting. (the person waiting before me, sat herself.) POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We dine in today 1/4/2025. While setting , this worker that seemed to be cleaning ( while guest are eating ) lifted this big rug in the front, and dusk was flying everywhere. I was seated very close at the door, and had to cover my coffee.. reported it to the Manager who seemed to say âitâs okay. We have to cleanâŠâ I do uunderstand that but not lift the huge rug and slammed it twice while customers are dining! AWEFUL MANAGER! The waitress understood what I was taking about ⊠and told me me sheâs âsorryâ, and that âshe understoodâ why I have to complain about it! They can sweep if they have to but NOT LIFT THE ENTIRE RUG IN THE FRONT OF US EATING âŠ. I will never dine there ever again! I felt that they are not seriously taking cleanliness and protecting their customers! Or maybe ⊠just an employee giggling around d with the manager!

Karoll and Ernesto were our host and server. Both were very friendly, the food was delicious, we ordered the new bourbon chicken skillet, juiciest chicken I've had, yummy! Highly recommend!!! I've never had a bad experience at a Dennys, but we really enjoyed their company and service.
The waiters are very friendly, the cooks too, but the lady who cooks at night, apart from giving less of the dish that it should be, leaves the food raw...I had a bad experience with the eggs, they were too raw.
