I had an extremely disappointing experience at. I ordered a veggie pizza, but they gave me a pepperoni pizza instead. When I called to address the mistake, the staff was incredibly rude and refused to offer any sort of credit or solution. The person I spoke with Shift lead, and one lady, were especially unprofessional and dismissive, showing absolutely no regard for customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this establishment and would advise others to think twice before ordering here.

My friends and I had ordered a pizza and cheese bread online. The food was great and arrived in a short amount of time. We did not have the money to tip, so we chose "No tip" online. When our driver arrived, he handed us the phone to leave a tip, even though we had already pressed the no tip option online. Then feeling obligated, we left a tip. We barely had money to pay for food, let alone tip. I feel that a customer should not be judged on whether or not they tip, as some people (like us) simply just can't afford it.
The website and app are down, then when you call they are so busy they hang up. Sorry to say i ordered from another pizza company.
