I’m really disappointed with this Dunkin. Every time I come here, they struggle to understand my order even when I repeat it clearly multiple times. Today was especially frustrating. I kept getting told to “wait,” and when they came back, they still couldn’t get my order right. It completely killed the mood. When I finally said politely, “It’s okay, thank you,” just to leave, the employee gave me attitude. Honestly, if the job was done correctly, I wouldn’t have been walking out in the first place. Really upsetting experience, and I’m definitely reconsidering coming to this location again.

The service consist of entitled attitudes with plain as day prejudice. I wonder if this location is owned by the same family of Dunkin on NW Hwy. Come through plenty in the past and unfortunately, even after showing thanks and appreciation for doing their job, I get terrible attitude and the usual underhanded comments (same thing in drive-thru the previous day).
These people need to get over themselves, but there's a bigger picture here and it's the culture of the area. The order is wrong and initially I was treated as if no one was gonna take the order. Let alone the girl taking the order is so full of herself that she can't actively listen to take the order properly. I only come here when walking, otherwise I go elsewhere. The socio-political atmosphere of the area (and franchise ownership) matter, since it's so stark of differences between regions nowadays.

Every SINGLE time I come to this Dunkin there’s some kind of issue. Long waits, missing items, double-charges. To avoid an issue today I came inside, and saw 1 person out of 7 people actually working. Took 10 minutes for my coffee and they didn’t seem to care that everyone in front of me had already left with their orders. Do yourself a favor, skip this Dunkin (and the forever wait time you’ll have), or go to Starbucks next door.

So tired of them not being capable of completing a simple order correctly. I order the same drink about 4-5 times a week and lately it's hit or miss. About half the time my coffee is as ordered, the other half it's not. I order an iced coffee paying extra for extra pumps of flavor and half the time it tastes like regular iced coffee without flavor. How the heck can I order asking for 8 pumps of flavor and not taste it? Either they don't read the ticket or they're doing fast squirts of the syrup because there's no way I can request that much flavoring and either not taste it at all or barely taste it. WHEN SOMEONE PAYS EXTRA FOR SOMETHING, DO IT RIGHT! Some people make it right and others obviously don't. One more time it's not right I'm not getting coffee from this location again. How hard is it to make a coffee as ordered?
They consistently get my order wrong, take a long time and have zero care. Very unapologetic and outright rude, worst service every time.

On December 22 at 5 pm I had the worst experience of my life in this DD I placed my order through the app and when I went to pick it up at the window I was assisted by the rudest person I had ever met, she told me that my order was walk in and not drive thru leaving me looking stupid (should mention that where you pick up the drinks at the walk in counter to the drive thru is around 3 feet). My 2 cups of coffee were not complicated and when I walked in they were not ready. The employee with the dyed pink hair shoved the coffee on the walk in counter and walked off. I almost thought the coffee was someone else's because they didn't say anything, if she don't like her job she should look for another one!
