They consistently get my order wrong, take a long time and have zero care. Very unapologetic and outright rude, worst service every time.

On December 22 at 5 pm I had the worst experience of my life in this DD I placed my order through the app and when I went to pick it up at the window I was assisted by the rudest person I had ever met, she told me that my order was walk in and not drive thru leaving me looking stupid (should mention that where you pick up the drinks at the walk in counter to the drive thru is around 3 feet). My 2 cups of coffee were not complicated and when I walked in they were not ready. The employee with the dyed pink hair shoved the coffee on the walk in counter and walked off. I almost thought the coffee was someone else's because they didn't say anything, if she don't like her job she should look for another one!

I was having a bad day today so I wanted to get something sweet from dunkin unfortunately the just made my day worse it wasn’t even crowded they didn’t even make my order the I wanted no caramel no even sugar ?! The staff members were acting like they didn’t care to have customers they didn’t even call me when my order was ready she almost drop my coffee because apparently their phones were more important than give a good customer service.

it was fine but kinda slow. I would come in for my 15 minute break and having to stand at the counter for a solid minute before having my order taken is not ideal. Idk if you expect everyone to order online or on the screen or whatever but I'm a 90s kid, I'm not doing that.
I went out of my way to stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts for K cups, and apparently this Dunkin’ Donuts does not sell them at all…
