Food is ok, expensive for the quality. They forgot to add the doggy bagel to my takeout order and when you call them they never pickup.

First time trying this location. Unclean behind counter where everyone was working. No one was wearing gloves. Went to a different location in another town and it was the opposite experience. Those that use drive through should probably see inside first.

The food is always good which is why I keep coming back, but they get my order right 10% of the time. It's either the wrong order entirely, it's missing a component I paid extra for or it has an ingredient I asked them to leave out. I need to start checking my bag, but I don't have time in the morning rush, nor should I have to. I'd do 1 star for service but they're generally nice and pleasant. Ordering here always feels like a mystery bag gamble.

Recommend to stay away from this location rude degrading staff which actually seemed to be the manager if thatās how a manager treats their customers then I canāt imagine how they are still in business Keep away they donāt deserve your money!

Always horrible service! Takes 30 minutes to get a bagel sandwich and a cup of coffee. Ordered swiss cheese on bagel, so thin you couldnāt even see it. Last time for me!

The girl behind the register has a poor attitude, or was having a bad day. Her customer service was also unprofessional. Today I Ordered (2) simply apple juices and a bagel. When I got back to my car I noticed one of the apple juices expired. When I walked in to exchange it the girl behind the register was packing up the garbage. I said hey sorry this is expired, she said no thatās supposed to be chunky and I said, no itās expired and when to hand it to her. She said āwell throw it out thenā. I said āwell donāt you want to see it, you can throw it outā. And she said no throw it out, and pointed me across the store. So I proceeded to throw it out in the garbage she was working on. She got all upset and said this garbage is full. Either way this lady should be grateful she has a job she didnāt smile once for any customer. Even with my small order I tipped 2 or 3 dollars and no thank you was given. I observed all of this. And then the final encounter is what got the review. Like I said she should be happy someone employs her. Terrible employee, terrible attitude and customer service. The bagel was good!

Always a disappointment when I come to this specific location. Cashier does not know how to greet or let a customer know they are ready to take their order. When I look at my food, I can see the lack of care. That doesn't look like an everything bagel, it's more of a poppy seed bagel. I placed a similar review a year ago, and got the same response from Einstein's. It does not look like anything has been resolved since my last visit.

I cant speak on the inside of the location. However, the drive thru by far has the greatest service and the gentlemen always in the window is so kind. I always get the Maplehouse....yumm!!!

Drive so friendly .. they forgot to add my avocado I had to come back for they handled it great and they gave me a fre pastry for me having to come back.. very nice and inviting to come . And yes I did go back.
