I ordered an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. I dont know how they couldve made my order worse.

I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter, simple right? No it tasted like they shmeared leftover bacon grease on my bagel and sprayed windex on it no cap, I even had my boyfriend try it and he said it tasted like chemicals too… honestly it was not edible. They normally don’t make it THIS badly but omg that was a very cancerous bagel. Also you can’t even call this location for customer service. Terrible.

Can never get in contact with the store as they dont answer their phones. Only way is thru contacting door dash driver for the order. Very fustrating, especially placing an expensive door dash order and then getting it wrong without making up for their mistakes. Food is great but customer service is non existent

I'm here almost every Saturday and Sunday since 2019. The bagels are always fresh and scrumptious, Prity and Gabbie are always cheerful and friendly, as well as other staff members whose names I don't remember.

I love this location for many reasons apart from the high-quality of the food. The manager Pretti is an outstanding ambassador of customer service for Einstein bagels. She and her crew consistently greet each customer, whether it’s a group order or an individual purchase, with the same warm, friendly manner, guiding people toward various items of interest , making suggestions and answering questions. The food is excellent and prepared timely always but what’s most outstanding is the people. and every person that I’ve encountered there under Pretti’s leadership recognize the customer as the most valuable asset to Einstein bagels. In a world where there’s so much competition in fast food and particularly in the breakfast and lunch market; Einstein bagels stands heads and shoulders above its competitors. The quality of the product is consistently great, but it is people like Pretti and the people who work at the Dundee location, that really make it our first choice. Such excellence is rare . Pretti and her team deserve to be acknowledged and rewarded. If you’re looking for great food Einstein bagels is a place to go -if you’re looking for great food combined with a wonderful,clean environment and great service. Love Einsteins, but their coffee machines have been broken for multiple weeks now. It’s been well over two weeks since the last time I came here and they still keep saying that they can’t make anything with espresso in it. This is a breakfast place so it’s a bit frustrating coming here to find out there’s no coffee. Service by the employees has been great regardless.
