Always a disappointment when I come to this specific location. Cashier does not know how to greet or let a customer know they are ready to take their order. When I look at my food, I can see the lack of care. That doesn't look like an everything bagel, it's more of a poppy seed bagel. I placed a similar review a year ago, and got the same response from Einstein's. It does not look like anything has been resolved since my last visit.

I cant speak on the inside of the location. However, the drive thru by far has the greatest service and the gentlemen always in the window is so kind. I always get the Maplehouse....yumm!!!

Drive so friendly .. they forgot to add my avocado I had to come back for they handled it great and they gave me a fre pastry for me having to come back.. very nice and inviting to come . And yes I did go back.

Someone deleted my review! This place is horrible. I went there Saturday, May 24 and it was my first time in Einstein bagels. I had the most terrible experience of my life. When I went there, there was Paul African-American man asked me what I want and I said I don’t know what I want Again what I want and I said I’m not sure what I want and he proceeded to say you don’t have to do all this ma’am ! And I’m not sure why what I did to upset him so much he has to be so sarcastic with me and degrading. I said I wasn’t sure what I want and he keeps telling me you don’t have to do all this to get a bagel. This person clearly do not know how to be a service person and respect customers. Instead, I felt like I was bullied by him Because he keep telling me you don’t have to do this all all ma’am repeatedly !!! Please do not erase my review. People need to know about this place.. I will never go back to this place and ask all my friends and family. Do not go there. It was Saturday afternoon. There is only two table occupied looking at this all bad reviews. No wonder the place is empty Saturday afternoon. it says on the menu half a dozen bagel box I did not get that. I got 66 bagels thrown on the counter.

Don’t order from this place especially from uber eats. Waited for 30 minutes in the drive tru since I couldn’t go inside. They gave me the wrong order and told him that it was wrong and tried to tell him what I ordered and his response was “that doesn’t work for me”. The guy at the drive thru was rude and didn’t know what he was doing.

Ordered a farmhouse bagel and maple bagel. Had to wait 30 minutes for my order and when we got home, one of the bagel sandwich was incorrect and was of lesser value. We tried to call the restaurant to get if rectified, but continuously did not answer and kept repeatingthe automated responses. This is one of those things where everything can go wrong, it did. I am highly disappointed with this store.
