Foglia Foundation Health and Recreation Center offers an incredible value beyond traditional weights and cardio. The modern facility features a large multipurpose indoor court area, a pool, and an indoor running/walking track, making it an excellent choice for those who swim, play basketball, lift weights, or focus on cardio. The weight room is clean and well-equipped with many machines and free weights. Friendly and helpful staff are available to assist, and membership prices are reasonable.
