Ordered delivery, and it took an hour and 45 minutes to get delivered. Looked up the location and it was 8 minutes away. The order tracker was flagged as completed 15 minutes in. I called after and hour and they said the order was still sitting there and would be delivered "shortly". It wasn't.

Such a good experience! Traveling with family, and needed something healthy, so I stopped in to get an Unwich (lettuce wrap). Not only was the order fast, but the team communicated beautifully with each other and the customers. Restaurant was clean, food was fresh. Exactly what I needed!
So yesterday I walked in to this JimmyJohns and there were maybe 3 people in line and I just wanted to get a drink...since i had an empty cup so I refilled and proceeded to the line. I see some tall blonde dude with long hair is yelling at me "dump that out now now you dump that drink" I was so confused who he was yelling at...but it was me. He said I stole the drink and told him I'm waiting in line to pay for it. I of course didn't yell at him just was in shock that this 22YO long blonde hair dude would even talk to me like that on the street but yet he works at JIMMY Johns. This was a very disturbing experience to treat someone like that to get a small soda from a pop machine.... Nice job dude !!!! where does you horrible angry attitude come from to treat a lady like that ??? ---- def a NO for me !!!

Twice now I've placed an order for delivery about 50 minutes before a train I need to catch. The store is 10 minutes from my house and I'm used to other locations having very fast delivery. Both times, my order took over an hour to arrive and I missed my train. I hoped the first time was a fluke but now that it's happened twice it seems to be a pattern. In the words of my partner: "how long could it possibly take to make a sandwich?"
