I was extremely let down by the service at Jimmy John’s. The employee who prepared my sandwich seemed to care little about the quality of their work—my sandwich was clearly thrown together carelessly, missing several key ingredients. When I brought up the issue, the response was far from apologetic. The lack of proper care and courtesy is unacceptable, and I strongly believe that the manager needs to address this and ensure the staff is better trained. This experience has left me questioning the commitment to quality and customer service at Jimmy John’s.

The workers were awesome! Accommodated to my daughter’s birthday party well. Even though they switched up half of the sandwiches with the names (it was a big order and one of the girls was vegetarian), it was still amazing! We figured the mistake out and all went well. Thank you!

I order from here once per week. The order is always correct. Be careful when ordering delivery. I ordered for delivery and realized I accidentally forgot to add the tip online after the driver came. My fault. However, they clearly retaliated against me with my order. I ordered the beach club, and it came with no avocado spread, and the turkey tasted strange. The driver dropped the food off to me who is usually friendly. I said thanks and have a great day, and he stormed off and completely ignored me, with me not realizing what I did at the time. I've been in sales for 20 years, and would never do something like that if it was the reverse. I would have happily ran the tip over to them as soon as I realized what happened, but I feel like I was purposely retaliated against. Come on. We are better than that. Just be careful to make sure you order correctly online. I hope I am wrong, but it doesn't seem that way.

1st and last time I will ever step foot in that store. The young punk behind the counter had super bad attitude it seemed like I was a bother. He rang me up, took my money, and never changed his gloves ??? disgusting. My bill was 30.00 for two sandwiches and a bad experience!! No thanks!!
