Jimmy John’s is the talk of the town. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager Julia is nice. They cook the food fresh and ready to eat and they maintain the restaurant clean. Superb sandwiches . Must come back. 10/10

The poster from the second to last review was not lying. The redhead employee with glasses has a TERRIBLE attitude, wish I'd seen the post sooner. The employee was glaring at me for simply placing an order. She didn't bother giving me a receipt either, go figure. 🙄

This is my favorite jimmy johns. The staff is always generally pleasant and they are clearly all good at working fast and well. On Sunday the 7th at lunch time I came in to find one single guy working. He was kind about us having to wait and was moving really quickly. There were about 6 sandwiches in front of him and three of us waiting in the lobby. From my experience in food service I could tell he had been alone for a fat second. Maybe someone was on break? I did end up walking out when I saw another ticket print before any of us had even ordered. That guy didn’t need my order to pile up on his shoulders. This company is big enough no one should have to work alone on what was definitely a busy enough shift to justify 3+ people. They should have gotten someone else in to work with him or shut the store and payed him for the hours if they couldn’t. This was all on a snowy day where coming in at all is hard enough. Good Luck to the staff here and thanks for all the sandwiches.

Disappointing Experience at Jimmy John’s
I was extremely let down by the service at Jimmy John’s. The employee who prepared my sandwich seemed to care little about the quality of their work—my sandwich was clearly thrown together carelessly, missing several key ingredients. When I brought up the issue, the response was far from apologetic. The lack of proper care and courtesy is unacceptable, and I strongly believe that the manager needs to address this and ensure the staff is better trained. This experience has left me questioning the commitment to quality and customer service at Jimmy John’s.
The workers were awesome! Accommodated to my daughter’s birthday party well. Even though they switched up half of the sandwiches with the names (it was a big order and one of the girls was vegetarian), it was still amazing! We figured the mistake out and all went well. Thank you!
