Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Extremely disappointed in my last experience with the Palatine Lou's. I ordered way ahead of time for a large pickup order to be ready at 5:30 on Sat night. My daughter waited 30 minutes to get helped only to be told our order had been mistakenly given to someone else. When she finally got the order one thin crust was totally burned. To be offered a $50 gift card for a $177 order is totally unacceptable. I had to put a frozen pizza in for my grandchildren who were way beyond cranky and hungry by then. I would expect better of this well known chain.

They just got too greedy. The size of the pizza has shrunk at all Lou's. And there is an evident gap between the meats and crust on the deep dish, when there wasn't. They raised their prices and shrunk the pizza, both at the same time. Honestly, when they are this greedy. Expect the pizza to soon follow the lack of care they are doing on running their business.

I placed an order on the pizzeria's website, the delivery would be made through Doordash, then they canceled it, they transferred it to Uber Eats, I waited more than an hour. The food didn't arrive, they didn't call me to let me know they were closing, they didn't refund my money. they are a shame

Pizza ready at 6pm. Came in at 6pm. Gave my name. Stood around for 10 minutes. Someone took my pizza's out of the warmer called my name and I left. WHY did I have to stand there for 10 minutes while the workers were getting other peoples orders ready??

Danny and the staff have gone above and beyond for me, and our community. I’ve been a customer for at least a decade now, and that won’t change any time soon. Danny reached out to me recently about some feedback I had given. Don’t get me wrong. The store did nothing wrong, and my pizza was amazing as usual. I really appreciate that he reached out to me personally. Phenomenal team!! I recommend this location to everyone. Thanks so much for your hospitality!
