This was my first time here and it was fairly good! I came looking for the deep dish pizza chicago is so well known for! I would like to say that although it did not meet the expectations I had planned, I was still pleasantly surprised by the creative menu selection they have. We got the Mikes Hot Honey Deep Dish and The Lou Deep Dish. I liked the veggie one more than the hot honey one. My family agreed and mainly ate the veggie one. If i came back next time I would probably just get the regular tomato and mozzarella with no toppings deep dish. The tiramisu was really good! If I wasn’t so stuffed from everything I would’ve gotten doubles. I wish the bruschetta was a bigger portion or if it all ready came ready on the toasts. It was really good though. Didn’t get a picture of it because we were so hungry. We also got chicken wings which was eaten before it was pictured lol. Overall, our server was really sweet and timely! The noise level was insane here?! It was really packed and I could barely hear myself think. Luckily we did not have to wait long for a table, they sat a table of 6 immediately as we walked in the door. Overall, not bad for my first time.

Ordered Pizza here for the first time ever and I had a giftcard to spend. Ordered online for instore pickup on my way home last Saturday night. Arrived early and I had been tracking my order so I knew when to go in. I was in parking lot not even 5 min and a young girl comes out and asks if I had a curbside. I said no. She asked for my name so that she could check status of my order. She came back out and let me know it would be 10 more min but that she would bring it out for me so that I didn’t have to get out of the car. Everytime we interacted she was so pleasant, friendly and had a smile on her face. Great customer service. And I was surprisingly overly satisfied with my pizza. Anyways. Just thought I’d share my positive experience with this young girl who went above and beyond.

Very polite customer service. We came expecting a dine-in and it wasn't, but that's our fault for not paying closer attention. Very kind and polite in pointing us to a sister dine in location - which we went to next!

“Went to Lou Malnati’s for pizza, left rethinking my entire existence. The first slice was so good I forgot my phone password 🍕🤯. By the second slice, I was telling the waiter about my childhood dreams. Somewhere between bites three and four, I’m pretty sure a jazz band started playing in the distance 🎷. The crust? Buttery perfection. The sauce? Like a love letter written by tomatoes. If I disappear for a while, check Lou’s—I’m probably still there.”

Ordered a large, well done Chicago classic for delivery. Came early, which is good right? No. Under cooked and swimming in grease.
Will never order from there again.

I ordered a pizza online and left a note to call my phone when they got here. The pizza was left in the main atrium of the apartment with not one phone call attempted I had no idea it was there until an hour later when I checked the app and found the pizza.

The best Chicago style pizza. Must get the chicken wings too!
