I watched the manager call the cop on someone for wanting more sauce. The short girl always has an attitude no matter the day of the week. This McDonald’s location needs to be replaced with better employees. Go to the 275 W Northwest Hwy location. Stay away from this one.

Ordered food for 4 people, had asked for sweet and sour, buffalo, and 3 ranch. Refused to give more than 2 ranches. And then made another order for a burger, to get more sauce and then they REFUSED to give ANY SAUCE. Threatened to call the cops over $0.28 of ranch. We ended up driving 3 minutes to a different Mcdonald’s and they gave us all the sauce for free. 😂 Terrible customer service, and the manager seems to not be at the mental capacity to run a restaurant.

Seems like they are under new management. In the past month, they have repeatedly gotten our order wrong, the food is inconsistent, and served sodas that clearly did not have the right consistency. When questioned about the sodas, they said it was the correct one and did not offer to check to see if their machine was out of syrup.

I don't go inside of this McDonald's due to not having a play place. (Not their problem). The service and food is exceptional. Friendly and polite every time I come. Just be careful turning in, next door is a Dunkin donuts There are two entrances, one by the drive thru menu and one by the park lot.
