This experience started out badly. I ordered a McRib which was cold as a mackrel, had minimum BBQ sauce, and was so misaligned it could not be eaten. I drove around to speak to the manager who very promptly brought out a hot fresh one. I wanted her to see what she was serving to people. She seemed grateful and said she spoke to the cook. My review reflects the correction.

It's McDonald's so I don't go in with high expectations. But their food seems to have gotten more mediocre over the last couple of years. Like the buns are dryer, the chicken is more rubbery, and the service is slower. I can buy better food for the same prices so why would I go more than the 1 or 2 times a year?

Horrible service in drive thru. Order was wrong food was missing g from bag. Went back around to get corrected and I was pulled into another spot to wait. Employee came back out and the order was still wrong and missing items. I went inside to get this situation resolved and the Employee stated it is to late to get your biscuits your ordered and payed for and I can only receive 1 fry for compensation. I declined and got a refund. I will be posting updates on this as I will continue to come to this mcdonalds until they get their act together.
During one visit I ordered fries and it taste stale. I went back again and ordered a side 4 piece nugget, small fry, and small soda, I were happier with it second time around.

So I went in today for the new 5 dollar meal deal. Burger wasn't hot, nuggets weren't even warm and the fries were cold. I ate the burger and the nuggets and asked for some fresh fries cause cold fries are just gross. The Lady said you ate a few, "I said yes, but they were cold can I have a new hot fry please." She threw the cold ones out rolled her eyes and walked away. A few minutes later she yelled small fries and this time they were luke warm. I feel like its hard to go anywhere with this kind of service. Times are tough but the customer shouldn't have to pay for cold food. McDonald's you really have to do better. Terrible customer Service. And would you please wipe down the tables. I was the only one in there and most of the tables were dirty.

Great service. If you order through the app, you will get better deals. It takes me about 5 minutes to drive to this McDonalds from my work. Food usually ready when I arrive. Good staff.
