I received a box of candy that was shipped to me. Candy was very wet and leaking sticky substance. I tried a piece and it was very bitter. The box was so sticky I had to wash my hands. I ended up tossing it because I was afraid to eat it. The shipping box was not damaged but the candy was. Some of the candy had holes in the chocolate. Not good at all for what the price was.

Very disappointing experience. Order placed by phone for shipping. Order never arrived, employee maintained âit wasnât her fault it was UPS.â UPS maintains Morkes put the wrong address on the shipping label. After 3 calls I was given a refund- no offer to make it right. The candy order was to be favors for my husbandâs surprise 60th party.

Amazingly fresh donuts, even in the afternoon. Small space with tables to eat.
When I walked in, I was kindly greeted by an employee there. Customer service was great and friendly. The atmosphere inside is very fancy and feels inviting. Their donuts which I decided to try today, are a little pricey, ($2 a donut, I got 8.) but they are super delicious and have a way more authentic taste and texture than Dunkin' or any other shop that sells donuts nearby. Great experience.

Morkeâs chocolates, donuts and taffy apples are obviously delicious (the best around). But donât overlook their gluten free cookies. Hard to find GF cookies, but to find ones that are amazingly delicious is exciting! We order them by the dozens. You would never know they are gluten free. Just ordered again this morning and canât wait to pick them up this afternoon lol
I recently visited Morket's Chocolate, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The owner, Rhonda Dehn, was incredibly unprofessional, treating both her employees and customers with a lack of respect.
It was disheartening to witness employees being mistreated right in front of customers. This created a very uncomfortable atmosphere, and it was clear that the staff was unhappy. As a customer, I also felt disregarded and poorly treated, which is not what you expect when visiting a local business.
I believe in supporting local businesses, but the way people are treated here is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I hope the management takes serious steps to improve their customer service and workplace environment.
