I went in on Saturday night and I just wanted to say it was some of the best customer service I've had. The two young ladies and the young gentleman that helped us was so kind and so sweet and even offered samples of their new drink. Everybody always is quick to run and leave bad reviews but never when. They have a great experience and I just want to thank you for blessing me with just positivity from beginning to end. I never review fast food restaurants because you really can't judge their service. It's fast and it's food. I am reviewing to compliment one of the employees at the Panda Express Palatine location on Dundee. Ananda took my carryout order. I walked in and she was very pleasant taking the order. She clearly enjoys her job and knowing how big corporations usually don't do much to appreciate their employees, I want her to know that her cheerful attitude was appreciated. What also impressed me was that she was kind and helpful to her coworkers. Too often people will write reviews to criticize. Let's change that and give a shout to the good employees that go above and beyond..

Forgot to make my order after paying and waiting 15 mins. Wouldn't scan my card for reward points due to using a coupon. Said that you cant do both. Unbelievable!!!

Never in my life have I had a worse experience in a Panda Express. Imareah blatantly ignored one of our party of four after he attempted to order, as well as showing complete disregard when asked wait times for food. She was also specifically told someone would wait for more food to be cooked and ignored the comment, filling a plate with the smallest serving size ever received in a Bigger Plate. 3/4 of my party fed, with disappointing servings and worse service. A garbage enough experience to make me reconsider ever visiting the chain, much less this location.

Normally my experience with this panda is less ok. But today I had the pleasure of Jessica taking my order. She was absolutely wonderful. Livered her energy and her attitude. Although I will admit the wait time was a bit excessive I can understand. Overall this experience today with Jessica is why I will go back to this location.
