I went through the drive through on 4/4/24 to order a plate of double Black pepper Angus steak with super greens. I asked that I get more of the Angus steak than super greens. The cashier was very rude telling me that I'll only get a small serving. I was willing to pay for double but instead couldn't get double steak. I decided not to proceed with my order due to terrible customer service. This Panda Express will never get another dime of my money.

Not only was I treated poorly. I was handed an unfulfilled order. My order was a 3 entree. Of course my entree with an upcharge was missing.

On the Panda Express web site ordered for delivery an ala carte large fried rice, ala carte large chow mein and ala carte string bean chicken breast. Received a Sweet Fire Chicken Breast in error. Ruined our meal - no main course. Spoke to the manager and she said come in and she would replace it. I explained our meal was ruined and since I had to drive there to get the replacement that all dishes would replaced.Went there and the manager Aileen was rude and said she would only replace the chicken.So we get stuck with old cold rice, old cold chow mein and with our string bean chicken. THAT IS WRONG.

They should choose their staff much better, for now I will not return
