Terrible experience at Papa John’s! Some of the employees who spoke Russian were extremely rude and arrogant toward customers. When I arrived to pick up a delivery order, I had to wait for more than an hour.
During that time, I overheard the manager on the phone telling someone not to use DoorDash delivery and to order directly from the pizzeria instead. This is completely unacceptable! Why should I have to wait while the manager is busy promoting their own delivery service instead of helping customers?
I plan to report this situation to the Department of Labor. The attitude and behavior here are absolutely horrible — people like this should not be working in customer service.

Terrible experience at Papa John’s! They had around 13 people in the kitchen, but it took them over three hours to make just two pizzas! The staff were rude and disrespectful. What’s even worse, they force delivery drivers to cancel the order after an hour of waiting, and then they call the customer directly, offering to deliver the pizza themselves for $10. This is completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Absolutely unacceptable! I will never order from this place again, and I hope someone investigates their actions.

Delivery driver simply left food on GROUND outside our apartment building. Could not even be bothered to ring the buzzer to our apartment. General manager didn’t see the problem and tried to blame us for the issue. I guess that’s what you get when you tip in advance… will not give them our business again.

Fix your app and make it usable for customers who want to reach out to the delivery driver. Ordered a pizza and the app said it was delivered, but we couldn’t find it nowhere and couldn’t even contact the driver. The pizza WASN’T delivered properly.

Great the people are super nice atmosphere is great! Absolutely love their pizza!
Ordered takeout last night for the kids. Walked in. The staff had music playing as they were making the pizzas - one guy was dancing. He turned and looked at me with the most genuine smile and asked if I was having a good day - and on my way out shouted "Have a great night, boss!" The guy at the checkout was having fun. Seriously, you couldn't have left the place without being in a better mood. It's not often you see a people really enjoying what they do, and feeding that energy to their customers. Just wanted to call it out.

They get our orders correct and deliver it in a timely manner. We order on their website, so we don't deal with any employees except for the delivery driver. You get rewards if you make an account! The only reason I left out a star is because sometimes our garlic breadsticks are a messy disaster, and putting our extra sauce cups into that specific box isn't the smartest move. Tonight, our garlic breadsticks were absolutely perfect! Whoever made them tonight.... good job!
