Our experience was with the festival first time coming in it was busy and you expected during a festival but service was great suggestions were great for my friend. So we went ahead and ordered you got his clams they were delicious I ordered a New York style pizza the crust to be not acceptable it was dry and new york-style pizza is not dry the crust with very dry took the thrill out of my pizza

Pizza was good, nothing different from any other pizza place. Asked for crispy and they delivered on that. Only issue with the order is that it was not what I asked. I had a weird request, half pineapple (for the kid) and half mushroom and onions. When I got home, there was mushroom and onions with the pineapple and not just at the split, it was all over the pizza. They made a mushroom and onion pizza and then put pineapple on one half. Besides that, pizza was good.

Theresa was the best server I have ever had. Phenomenal service, kind & enthusiastic personality, with a quick & speedy wait time. The food was unreal. The caesar was so fresh and the dressing was definitely homemade. Pizza was FIRE. Right out of the oven. Theresa proves that exceptional service still exists!! THANK YOU!! I will be back VERY soon:-)

We went in to try the burgers and ribs tonight. The smash burger was the best we have had in the area and the ribs were delicious as well. We frequent Pizza Bella often for their salads, chicken strips pizza.
We order regularly from here. We called to order a pizza, placed an order with an AI bot who said they’ll were open and that our order would be ready in 40 minutes. We go to pick up our pizza and they’re not open for another 2 hours. The worker there said he had our order but that it wouldn’t be ready until 4. The AI bot also quoted us a pice double what we normally pay.

I always thought they were ok but they’ve stepped it up since moving locations, this is easily the best pizza in Palatine. They had a special recently that was vodka sauce and sausage and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.
