My girlfriend and I went here a couple weeks back and had a great experience! The service was great. Everyone was so friendly and it had a really fun atmosphere! The owner came by and said hello. I love when that happens. The food was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We have been customers for years. Tonight when we let them know our take-out order was incorrect, all they said was that that was how they wrote the order down and that was it. They offered to remake the pizza but it would’ve been another 45 minute wait. I offered to bring back the half of the pizza that was incorrect for a small discount but they refused. Again we have been customers for years but this doesn’t sit well. When you make a mistake you make it right. You don’t keep telling your customer that because you wrote it down that way, There’s nothing more you can do. It only reinforces that you were the one that made the mistake.

Dear Friends, I dined at Pizza Bella on Brockway in Palatine (next to The Music Room) for the first time two nights ago. I was really impressed by the entire experience. Let me list some the things I liked.
1. I liked the raised-up tables along the back wall, gives a commanding view of the restaurant and the TV sets, if you come on a sporting night. 2. Cold water was served in an elegant bottle with a wire stopper, very European. 3. The fresh breads brought to the table in a basket come with both butter and the most delicious homemade garlic spread I’ve ever tasted. Caution: take it easy on the garlic spread if you’re going to be kissing on your date after your meal! 4. The Monday Night Sporting Special Dinner were different types of Cheeseburgers with fries, all delicious, good portion size and a GREAT price…$10. 5. The burgers were served on a black cast iron or other type of metal plate which kept the burger warm throughout the dinner. 6. The server was extremely pleasant and helpful; she went out of her way to make sure my burger was cooked up as I like it (medium well). Can’t tell you how many times I’ve sent a bloody burger back to the kitchen in other restaurants!
On the way out I complimented the boss/owner on the meal, particularly the homemade garlic spread.
So there you have it folks, I’d return there in a heart-beat and will be trying the pizza next time.

We really enjoyed our time at Pizza Bella! We loved the caprese salad, the mozzarella sticks, and the Sunday deep dish special. Service was nice and caring! Just an idea - I’d suggest adding a kids menu. It feels like a missed opportunity for a family friendly pizza place in the suburbs. My kiddo was totally happy with the regular portion of spaghetti though. We will be back!

I absolutely love Pizza Bella! Hands down my favorite pizza in all of Chicagoland! (yes, I said it and it's true) Overjoyed with Tony's new restaurant!!.... Great service, atmosphere, friday night was packed so come early! Evey inch of the menu is fantastic, and huge portions! True Italian love!

My brother in law wouldn't shut up about how great this pace is so I finally went to check it out. My god was he right again. Some of the best pizza I ever had. You gotta try grandma ‘s crust. Was awesome. Food takes a little time as they take pride in quality and doing this right. Well worth the wait and I'm extremely impatient. Place is very clean. Service staff is awesome. On a nice day you can sit outside. One other thing I thought was cool is being able to see in the kitchen from the outside. Can't wait to go back.

Just visited for the first time and sat at a community table with my husband and baby. The staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, we loved the people we sat with, and the food was delicious!! I don’t normally leave reviews, but my husband and I were pretty blown away by the hospitality and kindness of everyone here all around- it made our night truly. We will be back!!
Kid-friendliness: They had a show playing for the kids, very clean bathrooms for diaper changing, and we were checked in on frequently!
