The woman who attends is so rude and the protein portions she served are really really small. I paid $17 for half & half and was literally 3 shrimps and 4 tunas. I asked for it and she said that was the correct portion. If I go again is only to take a picture of that scam.

The food is good, but the young girl and ESPECIALLY the young boy are terrible. They both obviously hate their job, probably forced by parents to work there. They literally WILL NOT speak. They simply give you a blank look and scoop half portions of whatever you tell them. It's to the point where if me and my friends see these two working we simply turn around and walk over to chipotle. Because poke bros, a smaller business, is somehow giving worse portions than CHIPOTLE. With zero hospitality to make up for it.

I'm glad that I had a doordash gift certificate to order this because if I had spent my hard-earned money on it, I would have been really upset. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered a half and half, build your own salad poke bowl with avocado edamame, salmon, shrimp and crushed cashews. The salmon was questionable, the shrimp was maybe three pieces cut in half, the avocado was brown and mushy, and the so-called salad was nothing more than limp iceberg lettuce and some thinly sliced cucumber. The only thing decent was the ponzu sauce and the edamame. It might have been worth the $15 if the salad was actually mixed greens with more options like tomatoes, hard boiled egg, peppers, olives and pistachios to name a few. Ingredients should be fresh especially where the fish and avocado are concerned. Lots of room for improvement at this place.

so ive come into here one or two times because its right down the street and i looove the food and im sick and was craving it so i just ordered some on doordash and i have NEVER left a review anywhere before but im so happy with my order today!! i wanted to call and say something but i thought that would be weird. the food is amazing as always but i ordered 2 mochis, one espresso one green tea but they were out of espresso and whoever is working today was kind enough to write on the mochi container āsorry we out of espressoā šš i thought that was so sweet it made my day. they couldāve just said nothing and had me wondering where my espresso was at so thank you!!

I love poke and have tried similar bowls at many other restaurants, but this was definitely the worst. Not fresh, no sauce even though I asked for extra, and just all around low quality ingredients. Youāre way better off going to Poke Hale down the road.

I really like this place and not sure why some negative reviews, other locations have nice ratings. my only complaint is the bowls are just a little bit too small, one is definitely nowhere near enough to satisfy me and that should not be happening if I'm going out to get food

I walked in and didnāt see any staff around. I called out a few times but got no response. It seemed like they didn't want to take orders an hour before closing or were simply ignoring all of their customers who were waiting to order. At that point, why even bothering keeping your doors open to customers? Management seriously needs to step it up.
