Ordered online as a 1st time customer and when I got there it wasn't ready then I was told by the rude server that the chicken wasn't ready and then she rudely slid it across the counter and didn't even hand it to me and the meat wasn't even cooked all the way. I ended up throwing it out and I will never order from them again.

my bowl is so good. everything is delicious and well portioned. service was amazing and she made by bowl so good. and the place is always so clean and i never see any garbage anywhere. 10/10 would recommend it was so good

We went to Poke Bros on a whim. We were driving by and commented on how hungry we were, and I wanted to try Poke.To be clear, I am an avid sushi fan, often eating at a sushi bar. Raw fish is perfect for me.Poke Bros is a restaurant where you order at the counter. You select your base, the toppings, the protein, and any sauces. I had sushi rice, a variety of vegetables, ahi tuna, and a hot Korean sauce. I was with my mother who had brown rice with vegetables, no protein, and no sauce.You are served in a nice plastic bowl with a top. The serving size is large so they must assume you're going to take some home with you. It's very convenient.The ambiance is bland. Everything is white. The only real color is the counter where the food adds color (but you have to be on top of it). Tables with plastic chairs, but in fairness, they were comfortable.The servings of rice and vegetables were large. There was very little tuna, however. Everything was fresh and the taste was good. It was disappointing that they skimped on the protein.As for the service - there was one person behind the counter. He was reading or studying, but not paying attention to his customers, and we were the only people there. It's not a five-star restaurant and I didn't expect five-star service. We did try to engage him in conversation, but no luck. The service could improve. I enjoyed the Poke and will gladly try somewhere else next time.

My girls' 2 bowls cost me $29 something total but it was for their birthdays so whatever! I went down to Jersey Mike's and got a warm mushroom sandwich and then we went back to Poke Bowl to eat cuz JM was way too cold!Kid-friendliness: I went with my 13 & 14 year old girls who were pretty chatty but there was nobody else there besides employees.

We've been getting Poke Bros for awhile from this location and it's been tasty as ever, I love their Johnny Utah bowl. I had a gluten intolerance diagnosis last year, so this is one of the places that offers gluten-free options and labels which ingredients have gluten or not on their menu. They have a GF OG sauce, which I was really happy to discover. However, the last two times my mom has gone in to get me a gluten-free poke bowl, there's been frustrating issues with the service.The servers kept accidentally putting in masago, which is clearly labeled as a gluten-containing ingredient on their menu. My mom pointed this out but one of the servers tried to argue that it wasn't (what?!). And then, these newer servers have put the gluten OG sauce in the bowl instead of the Gluten-free OG sauce, which my mom again had to point out. We've had to have multiple bowls remade, food wasted, and the very last time, the server rolled her eyes when she had to make the poke bowl again after being negligent about the gluten allergy and arguing with my mom. This is awful service. No one should be made to feel a bother for their food restrictions, especially when it could put them in the hospital or give them awful stomach pain for days. I truly never make reviews on here and I don't like to be an inconvenience or a bother. I know how awful it can be to work in the food service industry, dealing with rude customers. But if you aren't abiding by food allergies, you could seriously injure someone. And especially with an awful attitude and no apology? Unbelievable. I really don't think I can trust this location again.
