Terrible service! I don't know if location has changed ownership but all the staff is different. I am a regular customer and I have never had any problems until today! I made an online order today February 14th which is also Ash Wednesday and lent for Catholics (we don't eat meat). My order was 3 flounders fish sandwiches (1 regular and 2 spicy), when I got home and bit into my sandwinch I realized that 2 were chicken!! I came back and let the manager know what had happened and he told me that because of the mistake they would give me the 3 fish sandwiches. I waited 15 minutes and until he looked up at me again he gave me my order and I can't believe it he gave me the 2 chicken sandwiches again. I waited another 15 minutes and this time he only gave me 2 fish sandwiches, forgetting that they had promised me 3 fish sandwiches due to their mistake and the additional time I spent waiting!! I didn't want to argue, so I took my sandwinches and got out of there!!

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with unsweetened ice tea. My total was $9.98. I gave the cashier $10. My unsweetened iced tea was sweetened, and no ice so it was lukewarm. No napkins, no receipt, no change and no biscuit. While I waited for my order the employees inside were goofing off, fake punching each other. 1/10/24 roughly 9 pm In Palatine on NW hwy in case the owner wants to follow up with his employees.

Extremely rude service and oily chicken. Otherwise, it was great.I ordered a two-piece chicken and when I began eating, I realized it was a leg but continued to eat it in hopes that it would be OK as I always eat white meat. The leg was rather slimy and oily, and I could not bring myself to try and eat the thigh. I brought the box of partially eaten food to the counter and said, "This is dark." Before I could say anything else, the Manager abruptly said, "You ordered dark, and you ate some." She then turned her back on me and walked away. I was somewhat shocked and angered and responded in a loud voice that "I have never ordered dark meat in my life."The manager continued to walk away. All I wanted was to see if I could get a breast at a reduced price and wanted to mention that I was not asked, "dark or white." I left my uneaten food in its box on the counter and walked out.By the way, when I placed my order, I was not thanked nor given a receipt.

My contribution for this years Thanksgiving was the turkey. Because I’m lazy, there was no way I was going to actually cook one lol. I opted for the cajun turkey from Popeyes. The turkey was a huge hit! People stated that it was the best turkey they’d ever had lol. Needless to say, Popeyes will be my go-to spot for the turkey from now on.

Absolutely horrible, they owe me 10.00 dollars.I'm pretty sure they deep fried a frozen piece of chicken because I said " no pickles"That's a ten dollar piece of rubber, threw it in the trash.No more popeyes for me.Blah☺
